You click the link, and then towards the bottom of the page it'll say "Download link: Brendon Urie sings Super Mario theme.mp3" and then you just click on that, it should work. Or you can right-click and do "save target as" or "save link as"..
When I have a chance, I'll try to find the downloads for you, or I'll upload them again.
