No exercise today. Officially on the rag. I always have the WORST cramps at the beginning of my period.

No cardio today, but I did get in a really nice strength training session that consisted of the following: 100 crunches, 50 forward arm circles, 50 backwards arm circles, 25 modified push-ups, 25 squats, 25 calf-raises, 100 lying abductions (both arms), and 25 (per arm) curls with a resistance band. I also wore my 3 pound ankle/wrist weights when I was exercising! Woo! I don't see why I haven't been exercising every day... I'm always so ON TOP OF THE WORLD after I exercise.
