Missy Elron NEON1313 lil brats!they keep eating cookies on my bed!!!Oh! and Brian ran from home the other day!! IDK!!!But like an hour later he came home and his mom texted me telling me he was okay... stare hes a dumbass at times

i love to read
i learned to read in the 1st grade i didn't like to read until like the third grade -thank you Harry Potter- i didn't start obsesivly shoving books down my throat till like the seventh grade and i haven't stoped yet
my book collection is now will increasing velocity taking over my room
i figured out i'm not too great at writing fiction so i stick to writing poetry which is shorter and which i finish
well thats all i can think of for now

Well hello!!! My name is Riku and I love to read, watch TV shows, and play basketball(not very good, but I enjoy it haha). My favorite book is I am the Messenger by Markus Zusak....and Sunshine by Robin Mckinley. =D

Oops...I just realized i've nevet actually introduced myself...oh well here we go!
You can call me Zu or Lemons. I really dont mind. I like reading and writing and drawing. ^_^ My favorite color is orange and I like to rp and if you piss me off dont worry I'll kill you biggrin

I think I read through the previous introductions but forgot to post a reply redface
I'm Aubrey. I started reading in kindergarten (Berenstain Bears) and have never stopped. I started writing somewhere around the first or second grade and never stopped that either. I just recently finished my first book and am in the process of revision and editing, although I doubt it'll go anywhere other than on my shelf. I'm proud anyways biggrin
I read a little bit of everything but prefer realistic fiction, crime novels and soft sci-fi.

Hi! I'm Meefu!
I think I got my love of books from my mom, we both read all the time. We are always talking about the books we've read, or share bits that we like. My mom has an awesome read-aloud voice, I'm jealous. sweatdrop
I've been reading since I was little, some books that were difficult for my age level. (at least I thought so) Tamora Pierce at camp, Lord of the Rings in the winter, books with dragons at school...It opened me up to being obsessive over fiction and fantasy! xd
Therefore, I've joined this guild with a goal in mind. To expand my genre of reading! The classics, sci-fi, ect. I want to deepen my knowlege! And become ALL POWERFULL!! Okay, not that...But you know what I mean. sweatdrop
I'm a bit of a writer, I don't think I'll ever publish anything, or even finish it. But maybe when I finally beat the Nanowrimo challenge it will change my mind! whee

But maybe when I finally beat the Nanowrimo challenge it will change my mind! whee That's a lot...Hope I haven't bored you.. gonk I did NaNoWriMo the previous November and finished! It was such an awesome experience. I completely recommend it biggrin

Hello, I'm BlueIris!
I've been reading since first grade, pretty much. It started when my uncle sent me the entire Boxcar Children series, and I basically ripped through one a day.
I moved on to better books from there, such as The Harry Potter books, A Wrinkle in Time, and The Chronicles of Narnia. Let's just say my elementary school years were...NOT a good experience, but books helped me get through it. (I was shy, and I got picked on a lot, so I had very few friends. You get a lot of free time to read that way. rolleyes .)
When I got to high school, I made a ton of friends who liked to read as much as I do, and I'm still friends with most of them even though I moved. (We stay in touch through Facebook and e-mail.) At the new school, hardly anyone likes to read anything besides Ellen Hopkins and Twilight, so I needed to find another outlet...and then I discovered internet forums. 4laugh Hallelujah.
I love Fantasy of all kinds the best, but I'll read pretty much anything that isn't Science Fiction, a Western, or a romance novel. (Not that there aren't books from all those genres that I like, it's just that they generally annoy me. I love Enders Game, for example. That's definitely sci-fi.) I don't mind romance in books, but romance novels in my experience are usually laughably bad. I can't get through them without wincing and thinking "Well s**t, I could write better than that" every tenth line or so.
And...That was long and rambling. Sorry. I'm done now. smile

Also, I was serious when I said 100 active non-mod mebers have to sign a member-created petition to make me come up with another contest. So, yeah, find a creative writing or anime club or something and bully them into joining Gaia.
