Lynn faked thinking for a while, and then said, "Yes, but if I didn't slam the door in your face, would you still get out of my door way?" She then gestured inside, waiting for Matt to enter.

"Oh uh Hi Sally.." He blushed and turned to Lynn, still holding onto Sally. "Okay okay, sorry.." He walked inside. Looking between Lynn and Sally. "I hope you don't mind, I seem to have brought a little bit of a tag along."

"Nnnnn! Lynn and I are in the same dance group!" Sally grinned at Lynn. "And I love coming over, her house is so BIG! My house is way too small, don't they have any respect for us-" She stopped before she said 'immortals', however she was sure someone would slap their hands over her mouth before she did.

"I learn something new everyday..Not nesicarly useful information...But something new..." He looked down at Sally. and tried to squrime free. "Grr..." He looked around the room, "I'm the youngest one here...Again...Yet, in human form I'm the eldest!!"

"Its not your fault, you're just the most mature among us." Sally pulled away, scratching her ear. "It sort of makes sense. Although Lynn is in the body of a ten year old, younger than I am. I guess you grow younger as you grow older, but Cyrea doesn't appear to apply to the rule." she paused, thinking it over.

Standing in the utter blackness of the underworld's night, Cyrea's pale hand was nothing as she reached for the probably-golden handle into her room.
The candle room.
A key was injected into it. As Cyrea turned it slowly, she heard the stale sound it seemed to make and feel like. But that did not matter. All that mattered was her job.
Yes. She must keep her mind on the task. And what was her task, you ask? To snuff the shortest candles and re-light them. There were actually only as many souls in the world as candles in this room. It was a simple task, so why did it take one person dedicating her life to it? Because of the sheer size of the room.
A dull luminescence illuminated the room with a orange-ish red. Cyrea's pale skin seemed tanned here. The room was about 2,000 meters by, absolutely enormous.
See? Told ya so.
((Sorry, it kinda sucks for a first post. *sweats* ^^'))

((srry took so long after we had like, a cascade of postage there, i was out to dinner with my family... once May ends, it sohuld be more calm around my house... i hope... sweatdrop ))
"Well, considering that I invited you in after she arrived, I would think that you would assume that I would let both of you in," Lynn said, referring to Matt's earlier apology of having another join them. She scowled at the reference to Cyrea, she didn't exactly like her, considering that she was older than she, herself, was. She didn't like people who were older than her, that meant, most of the time, that they were also wiser.

Matt leaned over Lynn and whisperd in her ear. "Play nice, I know you hate the age factor..By far your still the smartest and the one with the most wisdom." He pulled back and smiled at them both. "Well this is Akward...."

"Well, thank you for that little compliment there. And yes, it very much is awkward, but the festival practice is about to begin, you should both get going. You both have jobs to do there," Lynn said, not pausing to let someone else speak, "Yes, yes go now." She walked back to the door that she had just closed, and re-opened it. Then she probably thought about it for half a second, and closed it for a second time. "Do you want something to eat or drink, I mean we have a little time, and you can wait for me in the kitchen while I change." She then called her housekeeper and told her to lead the pair to the kitchen and get them what they like. She barely even gave Matt and Sally a choice in the whole matter.

He smiled down at them both, "That would be lovly..." He tried to keep smiling but failed. He followed the house keeper to the kitchen and sat down where he normaly did when Lynn and him where having a serious discussion as well as a game of chess.

Sally yawned, following them. She let her mind wander a bit, humming softly. It was a normal day, she wanted to do something fun. It was annoying having to act as if she were happy and having fun every day when she really was bored out of her mind and depressed because of it.

Cyrea sighed. "It's time to meet him..." She pulled on a cloak and made herself look decent in her grim reaper clothes and scythe at hand. She turned three times and dragged the side over her face and disappeared. She was headed to town central.

He sighed to himself and looked down at the table. He had been fiddling with a set of keys. "Don't you guys ever wish we could be like them...And have a chance at death?"

As Matt and Sally were being waited on, Lynn headed back up to her room(with Mike's dog) to change her clothes. She got on her frilly pink almost bridal looking gown and tried hard not to take a pair of scissors to the uncomfortable poofs of flowers in her hair and on her shoes. She put her hair in a high bun, with a few pieces hanging down the sides and front. She hated getting all dressed up for things. Mike's dog made a somehow amazed grunt, and Lynn then locked him in her closet, giving him food and water, and of course a place to do his nasty business.
She then headed downstairs and slunked into one of the kitchen chairs which was unoccupied by Matt and Sally. She probably looked wonderfully beautiful, but she felt rather stupid with her floral, frilly pink dress and makeup on. She liked to wander around in cargo pants and T-shirts with big baggy old sweaters, not this. She glared at her housekeeper, who had been staring at her, who then got out three mugs and asked, "Hot cocoa? Tea? Maybe some Coffee for you, son?" She looked at the three as she said the names of each drink. She then waited for Lynn to stop scowling long enough to answer, or for an answer from the other two Immortals. Not that she knew that they were Immortals though... I mean, she didn't. So... yea
