RandomStarWarsFreak Thanks for all the reviews (and the birthday wishes) I have decided to go with Dark Lord: The Rise of Darth Vader by James Luceno, ill try to remember to post a review when im done it IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!, READ IT, READ IT, READ IT!!!!!. Its start out like an hour before order 66. then It skips forward 4 weeks, There is basically 2 storylines that meet in a few places, 1 is about Darth vader and i cant say the 2nd one cuz it may wreck it for some people. Everything is described in detail, from the landscape and buildings to the gory fight scenes (personally, I like the latter). I am going to read Darth Bane: Path of Destruction now.

Darth Bane is definitely a good choice as well, I haven't read the sequel yet though. I'm waiting for it to come out on paperback to buy.
On the other hand, I am re-reading Shadows of the Empire.

Guilyn I spent about half an hour in Borders yesterday looking at a 3 book set to the first three books in "the New Jedi Order" series and I was wondering if it was worth getting or not? Normally I would just read which ever ones were in the school library when I was in school but since I have to sadly buy them now I am wondering if that set is worth getting or just go to the public Library to ready it. YOSH!!! Very good books...and they are continued into quite a long series.

Labryinth of Evil was definitely a great book. The Republic Commando books are an enjoyable read as well, but I haven't read many outside of those couple books.

May I suggest "Vector Prime"? It's a very well written novel and the first in what becomes an exceedingly long but awesome series.
