His smiles were like sunshine to her, soon she was cured of her sadness and she was back on her feet. Pooka was still very much like a kit, her adult form was almost like a lie that she had no choice to show off to the world. Inside she liked the contrast between them and wonder if he could be persuaded to shed his mature face and have some silly fun with her. Pooka adopted a playful pose, much like a puppy would, tush in the air and head lowered, her fluffy tail wiggled back and forth quickly.
"You too, you too, not very nice at all~ Pooka hates games and chase, Tori too?"

Tori watched her, noticing she began to move. Watching her, he noticed she was in a playful position. Of course Tori liked to play, he was a kit after all. But his charming side like to stay out longer then his playful one. But if there was an invitation, then he'd surely choose his playful side over the charming one. Then again, there was no harming in playing around, and being charming at the same time. I'm sure that would make Tori quite happy.
"Tori too!" He sad, trying to speak the same she did. Maybe if he did, he'd be able to understand more. However, he thought he was getting the whole idea with her speech. So he was rather impressed with himself and showed it off with a smile.

Pooka laughed doubled over for a moment and then she reached out and touched Tori with her paw, "I'm it~!" Before she turned and ran, hoping the kit already knew 'Tag', she didn't run so fast that he would not keep up, because that was no fun, she wanted to be caught because chasing was just as much fun as running away.

Tori smiled as she laughed, laughter always made him smile. He didn't say anything and just ran after Pooka as she headed off. He ran after her, of course knowing how to play tag. But he didn't just bolt, he knew that he'd probably see if he'd go after her first. That's what most did when starting a random game of tag. So he just let out a slight jog, when going after her, until he saw that she'd gain pace. This would definitely show off his kit side. He noticed he could sometimes be a bit to mature for his age. But he knew he could be a kit, he was one, wasn't her?

Pooka was enjoying both the mature and the kittish sides of Tori, when she saw that he was giving chase, she picked up the speed a little, but mostly she wandered from side to side, sort of dodging, no matter on how close he was. Then she doubled back and came very near to him, and her expression held surprise, as if she was not expecting to find him there, "Eeh!" There was the laugh of silliness present in her tone as she tried to dodge again.

After seeing Pooka speed up a little bit, he also began to do the same. He had played many a games of tag before. But he had never seen her strategy before. Swerving and dodging him when he was just about to tag her. I suppose it was always good to learn something new. He tried to figure out a way to surprise her. Then he thought of it! All he had to do was pretend he was going to tag her one way and surprise her with his other paw as she dodged. So, that's what he did. Knowing that she'd dodge one way, he used his other paw to tag her as she came to it. He smirked, knowing he had tagged her.
"Tag, you're it." He gave a bit of a mature laugh. He then ran past her, hoping she wouldn't tag him as he did.

Pooka laughed when Tori caught on to her method and tagged her, she rolled to a stop, thus giving him a fair head start as he ran past her. She waited only a moment on the ground before climbing to her feet and dashing after him at a medium pace, she wanted to see his tactic at work, before plotting how to make him 'it' again.

Tori looked behind him to see if she began chase. Oddly she didn't seem to be at full speed, or at least close to it. She was probably trying to see what he might do from getting tagged. He didn't really know how he would evade her, so, he just kept running straight ahead. Jumping over logs, and such things that might be in his way. He then looked back to back sure he wasn't leaving a trail of fire behind him. He then went to see how far behind Pooka might be. She wasn't to far behind. He just gave a grin and continued to run in a straight path.
"Catch me if you can!" (( His mommeh ish a pretty fast runner, so yeah. XD ))

She was surprised at his speed, so she sped up, leaping bushes and fallen braches, when he slowed to check where she was she gained a little, but he was small and fast. "I don't think I can, but then again maybe I can!" Then she got an idea, and slipped to one side running through the trees to the side instead of right behind him, so that maybe she'd be harder to spot.(^_^~)

Tori continued to run straight forward, waiting for a perfect time to make his move. Looking behind him, she seemed to disappear. Looking to his sides, she seemed to have come up with some sort of plan. But her doing so, so did he. A smirk stuck on his face. His competitive side seemed to be rising by the second. Looking around, it seemed like th perfect time to make his move.
He looked over at her with a smile on his face. Basically warning her that he was gonna be making his move. He then turned the opposite direction Pooka was running (he turned either left or right, which ever was the opposite side of him she was running). He was now getting quite far from her. As he was now running a complete different direction. Lets see what she'd do now.

Watching him through the passing trees Pooka was surprised that he made a sharp turn and ran away, going further and faster that she was sure she would be able to catch currently. She had caught the smirking smile on his maw, well so much for her current plan.
Pooka changed tactics on the fly, taking a leap she swiftly climbed a tree and melted into the leafy canopy, moving slow and silent she hid herself among the green leaves and branches and waited, wondering how long it would take the kit to notice that he was no longer being actively chased.

He continued to run, thinking he had made a quite the clever plan. However, he didn't look behind him after his turn to see what Pooka had up her sleeve. Running quite the distance before he even thought about looking behind him. And when he did, there was nothing behind him but trees. He stopped, thinking he might've run to ahead of her to spot her. Sitting on a dirt patch, he let his tail rest. Looking around, he still didn't see her. He hadn't thought he was that far from her.
Thinking, he then thought that she might've planned something while he was off in his own little world. His brow rose with amusement at the thought of being played. He shook his head, a smile still upon his face. He couldn't do anything now though. He didn't know where she was, nor had he any idea what she had done. He watched his surroundings carefully, for movement. He didn't want to get sneaked upon and tagged. His blood red eyes scanned carefully.

Everything was quiet, Pooka could no longer hear the kit rushing away, it seemed to her that he might have traveled a long ways. She wondered if maybe, he would give up, thinking that she had abandoned the game. She hoped not. In the branches the wind made rustling noises as the leaves all moved and the other creatures that lived there went about their lives. Waiting no longer, the purpley girl moved off in the direction that she had seen Tori moving last, she moved from branch to branch, fluttering when she had to and keeping her eyes wide and trained on the forest floor below, looking for flash of flame, or bright green, to perhaps give the youth away.

Tori continued to wait on the female. He still had the feeling she was doing something, rather then just falling behind. He hadn't given up though. Maybe if he found himself waiting for a while he would, but it hadn't been a while just yet.
As his crimson red eyes scanned the area, he saw something a bit strange. As if the trees were moving. But he thought nothing of it. The wind blew on trees all the time. This couldn't be any different. However, he looked around. There really wasn't any wind blowing. He felt nothing. So it had to be something else... It had to be her. And wasn't she sneaky?
"Playing tricks, are we?" A smirk on his face, waiting for her to come close enough for him to run again.

As the wind died out Pooka took more care in the high branches, but still, leaves moved with her passing, she continued in the direction she was sure the kit had been moving last, but didn't spot hide nor flame from him.
Changing tactics again she called out to him, "Toorii~ I see you, I can catch you if I can' find you~" She looked all around from her hiding place in the leaves, her voice echoing all around, sounding strange bouncing off the many trees. Then she spotted him, or at least thought she did, a bit of bright green, just sitting still, she moved towards it.
