A bright smile lit Ki's delicate features. "Thank you, Miss Rose! I promise to do my best," she chattered excitedly, "and I'll be back in two weeks for sure! I wont disappoint you or your good will, I'll be very careful with it!" Her thumbs gently brushed over the soft edges of the petals, holding it dearly but very mindful not to squish it.

In her excitement, the woman had completely forgotten about her tea, moving towards the door in her enthusiastic desire to go home and just...stare at the flower. She didn't know why she was so entranced by it, but she was thrilled that it was hers to watch over. Ki felt it was just a little strange to be treating it as a...a pet of sorts, but she'd be mindful, and she'd be careful. Her jobs and gentle nature wouldn't allow her to do so much as jostle the lovely gift.

Using her back to open the door, she cast another sweet smile to Rose. "I'll see you soon," she promised, "and it'll be brighter than before." With childish glee, the young woman disappeared from the shop, looking forward to the next two weeks.
