"Yup, my very own sanctuary.." she looked over her shoulder at him and smiled. Fae's tail waggled slightly behind her before she ducked into the bushes that hid the pond from view. "The waters nice!" she called out without testing the water. Keeping her wings together in the air she jumped into the shallow water, careful not to get her fragile wings too wet.

"That's awesome. I wish I had my own." He probably did, but never really thought about it. Not like he would anyways. It'd go threw his mind like wind. He wagged his tail as he walked towards the pounds edge. Not too sure where to get in yet. His blue fur almost seemed to match the water. Not too close though. He could almost make out everything on the bottom where he was staring. "It looks so nice!"
And without anther moments to waste, he jumped in with a big splash. Far enough away so only little bits of droplets might reach the other. As he came up from the water bits of fur hung over his face a bit covering parts of his eyes. Nothing a good shake couldn't cure.

She giggled as the droplets from his splash rained down on her head and slowly swam a circle around him, waiting for his head to break the surface. "Yup, It's why I keep comin back." she said cheerfully.
Grinning she dunked her head into the water along with the rest of her body, being sure her wings were the only visible part of her as she pretend to stalk him around the shallow waters.

He shook his head so he could see again, and when he did, he almost thought she left, but he watched her wings swim around. It was funny, that he started to laugh. He didn't know why it was funny, but it was. He let his feet rest and soon was floating on his back his belly poking out of the water. As he slowly kicked one leg, then the next as he went. It was nice to swim on a day like this, though he knew once he got out, he'd change his mind. The cold wind seemed colder when your fur was wet. But at least he could enjoy the moment now, and worry about that later.

Having been under for a while, Fae popped her head out of the water and took a large gasp of air, closing her eyes as her lungs filled with air. Opening them again she glanced around for Barsaat then smiled when she saw him on his back floating. "Is that relaxing?" she asked curiously. She had never swam or floated on her back before due to her wings, but was curious what it felt like.

He didn't know if she had done it before or not. Or if she was just making fun of him. Which wasn't likely, but he had only just met her. "It's alright, just being lazy." He said with a smile. It didn't take much effort to do this, which was a good thing. He didn't want to tire himself out too fastly. He hadn't been swimming in a while and was sure his muscles would hate him later for it. "But it's not something you'd want to do if you want to have fun." He said with a laugh. It definitely wasn't. It got boring sometimes.

"I see" she said softly gliding through the water.
Fae swam the small distance to the rock in the center of the pool. It wasn't large, but was about 2x her own size. Her body was swarming with energy, which is one of the reasons for coming here in the first place. So she climbed and when she reached the top she peered down at the male she now considered a friend and grinned. The thought of jumping in next to him and soaking him as he rested on his back was amusing. She would get her wings wet, yes. But at the moment she really didn't care.
She stood at the top for a moment deciding the best spot to land then jumped and yelled "Look Out Below!"

Barsaat got out of the way, but still got water on him. He laughed at the fact. He looked like a drowned rat, or some type of rodent. He continued to swim just in a circle. He didn't want to swim too far, yet didn't want to hold still. "Today is awesome!" He said with a relaxing sigh. He didn't know if he'd ever had this much fun in a while. At least a few days anyways. His body shimmered from the water drops on him, making him match his sapphire gem head band.

Fae's head popped out of the water as she sucked in a breath of air. "I'm glad you had fun too!" Today truly had been a good day, one that she hadn't had in quite a while. She hopped that they stay that way and that she might eventually see him again some day.
With the sun slowly lowering through the trees, filtering its light upon the small pond they swam in. She looked back to Barsaat and giggled. "You look so cute like that" she teased at his drowned rat appearance. Though in reality she didn't look much better with her violet coat plastered to body as her anteena and wings also clung to her small figure.
