I reach for your hand, and you pull away. Jasper took a shaking hand and felt along the wall. He gasped for air. "What is this place?" Jasper was thinking aloud again. He walked shakily along the hall way.
A sick, cold twited smile across his face. He was enjoying his time here. The darkness, suffocating him.. The pure utter silence. The blood pumping threw his veins. Who knew being alive would feel so dead. Or was he alive, there was no telling?
He turned the cornor and found he couldn't go on much longer. The air that was filling his lungs couldn't have been normal air. He leaned against a locker. A Locker! He's in school! He slid down it and tried to regain his strenght let alone breath. He got a strange feeling he was going to need it to survive. And as I fall to me death I whsiper, "I love you.."

You can keep fighting with each other....Anika took a sharp turn down the hallway. She didn't understand any of this. 'Was I not just in my house popping the pills into my mouth? This doesn't make any sense to me..' She thougt to herself as she continued to look around. She was so lost and confused.
'Am I just seeing things? This has to be a dream right? I mean.. I'm seeing all my friends deaths.. They keep playing over and over again in my mind.. Will it ever stop?!' She thought to herself as she started to break out into a run.
'Why am I here? This is a dream right? Did I not just kill myself? Didn't I just ask myself this before? I'm losing my mind!' She thinks as she heads to the stairs to get to the second floor.
Why was the pressure of all their fights getting to her?
Why was she the only one mature in her family?
Why did she do it? Anika knew the answers she just didn't want to say them out loud to everyone else even her thoughts.
There was a killer after them she knew that but why? And why was she back at school?
Anika ran up the stairs faster then ever before and opened up a classroom to see if anyone was in there. "Hello is anyone there?!" She calls out and looks around.
Was anyone really here or was she all alone?
Would she be alone like always?
These thoughts plagued her mind as she looked around the classroom. She knew what classroom she was in. Or so she thought since she too almost knew the school like the back of her hand. Closing her eyes she looked around.
She felt like she was suffocating and it hurt to move and breath now. She sat on a desk instead of in the chair. No one was here. She really was alone. But that doesn't solve anything... You brought doom to yourself.

I look to my left and to my right. Jasper cocked hsi head to the side, he saw a faint image run into a classroom. He got up and walked slowly along the hall, who could it be? He turned into the class room to find it was someone he knew it was actully oen of his best friends. But he didn't trust himself, he was way to dazed. he could have been dreaming, or imagning it. "Anika?" He walked into the class room and reached forward and toched her arm. She was there alright. Darkness is my only friend for tonight.

Alone in the darkness.. My wounds are deep 'Mai Love;;
Shakily, Mai found her way into a room, and made her way around a heavy, wood object at the far end. It was a desk.
Paper, pencils, lamp..
Mai tried flicking on the lamp, but to no avail.
"The electricity is out.. that's all." Mai told herself outloud, her voice echoing through the open door, out into the hall. Mai realized she was in the office on the first floor. Mai inwardly sighed, and sat down in the chair behind the desk. She tried flicking on the computer, but it wouldn;t work either.
"The hydro is definatly out.." Mai said again. But, another thought came to her. Why was she alive? Why is she here? Didn't she pick up that wire and...
Mai had her thoughts cut off by footsteps. She then saw a figure in the darkness, heading towards her. She needed to find a place to hide, and quick.
Uhh... Uhhh.. under the desk!
Mai shot under the desk, and then heard the footsteps get closer and closer, until they stopped right in front of her.
'Mai Love;;
'Nick Laker;;
Nick moved silently from his corner, and made his way down the hall. He passed the lockers, then went around the corner. He had been in the teacher's lounge, Nick had later found out.
Once around the corner, Nick saw a figure coming out from the student's lounge. He squinted in the darkness, and made it out to be a female.
At least I know I'm not alone... Nick reminded himself, but his feet moved toward the figure, and finally got close enough to call out.
"Who's there?" Nick called into the darkness, hoping it wasn't the killer that was after them.
'Nick Laker;; Until you show me the light. I don't think you can heal them.

Life slipping away...
The pain was gone before it was even there. Or was there pain, as Jake looked around. The weight of the emotionless weapon fresh in his hand. He brought his hand to his face, nothing, just dry skin. He smiled as he slapped his hands together, "Its nothing. Guns," he said with a laugh, "Why would I use a gun?" The smile started sliding away, like a small gust of wind.
He moved his hand and looked around him, the familiar lockers around him. School he thought as he touched a locker, the metal cold to the touch. Or not? He thought as he remembered what he did, "Okay I just went to school. Then went home," he paused as he remembered, "Then yelled and went to my room with a gun." He made another laugh, "This is just a dream. Come on," he said as as a smile formed on his face.
He walked thought the hallways, as the smile slowly slipped away. Was this a dream?
As death bowed...

Nothing comes from nothing. Anika felt Jasper touch her arm and noticed when he came into the classroom she was in. "Jasper? Is that really you?" She asks as she places her hand on his face to see if he was really. Noting that he was she blinked in surprise.
It's really him?
How can that be?
Wasn't I just alone?
Am I not alone in this school?
Where are the others?
She got off the desk and stares at him. "Where are the others? Are they here? Or is it just us? Where's Jake? Katlin? Nick and Mai?" She asks in a concerned voice.
"We should look for them if they're here!" Anika says in a worried voice as she moves away from him and towards the door.
There's a killer out there isn't there? Is the person after Jasper as well? This is making no sense to me anymore. Someone please help us!

Watch my blood flow,
Katlin, after stumbling through the door, almost tripped. It was a close thing, but now at least she was out of that room full of seats and tables.
Katlin twitched dangerously as she heard "Who's there?" ring through the hallways. It was a voice that was far too familiar for her liking.
But she didn't have a choice but to answer it. So Katlin answered, "Nick? It's K-Katlin." She'd rather not be alone with him. She hadn't wanted to ever since they broke up.
But hey, it'd be much better then walking around with a killer on the loose.
and let me go.

If I was to die...
Jake walked around the school confused, something didn't seem right. "Its nothing," he told himself as he walked around and came to an empty room.
Darkness filled the room, suffocating. Jake moved his hand to touch find a light switch. He flipped it on but nothing came on. "Great," he whispered, "Of course theres not electricty in dreams." He scanned the growing darkest. "Okay maybe I should look for an exit, not dead end. Heck maybe there's someone else in this place," he said aloud. He turned and closed the door.
Jake walked through the hallway, "Someone has to be here." He said as he started walking in the directiong of Anika. But unknown to Jake eyes, friends and others watched.
...would you care?

Concealed by darkness, Mai continued listening for footsteps. The seemed to turn around, and head in the direction of the door.
Or what you think is the door..
Mai gulped at her last thought, before crawling out and peering over the desktop.
You can't see anything, idiot! It's pitch black down here!
The voice screamed in her head, which caused Mai to stand up. She believed whoever, or whatever it was, was gone.
Just at this, a foot slid out under her, causing Mai to fall and hit her head off the desk. Still in consiousness, Mai managed to avoid getting hit by a thrown knife, and then kicked out, making contact with something in front of her.
Perfect shot!
Mai silently cheered, and got up, then winced in pain from her head. She didn't let that stop her as she started to run, almost tripping over whatever she had knocked down. Safely making it out of the room, Mai tried to close the door, with sucess.
Mai looked around her, keeping a hand to her head. There was some blood, but not much. Mai hurried in running away from the office, and made it to the stairs. She knew if she tried hard enough, the nurses office would've been found, but at risk of getting attacked again. Mai stubbled up the stairs, and exhaled deeply when she reached the top, body aching from the pain in her head.

"Katlin.." Nick whispered, before heading towards here in a run. When he caught up, he hugged her tightly, before releasing her just as fast.
"Thank god I found you. I thought I was alone in this place." He said in bewilderment.

Jasper kept walking, not daring to let go of her arm. If she ran he'd never catch her. She was much to fast. "Yes, I'm here..and I believe he others are to. So let's take this one area at a time and find them.."
Feeling so..... dead!

Katlin blushed as Nick hugged her. Once again, awkward. But she ignored it and brushed away the red on her face. "No. I've been hiding in the student lounge for now. I heard a commotion somewhere, though. It might be one of them."
Katlin almost sighed, but stopped herself in time. Why had she even tried to hang herself? Oh, that was right...she had wanted to know what death felt like.
Well, if this was death, she didn't like it.

Jake walked through the hallways looking for something or someone . The sound of banging reached his ears, as if someone was slamming opening lockers.
He ran forward till he came into sight of two figures, he gazed at the figures as he notice them to be Jasper and Anika.
"Anika, Jasper," Jake yelled to them as the lockers by them slammed open reaching to them. "What the hell," Jake whispered under his breath as he jumped as a locker near him opened. He looked at the locker as it reached to get him, but failed unable to reach him.
...as I lay within its grasp.

Fear nothing Anika saw Jake and got out of Jasper's graps. She ran to Jake and wrapped her arms around his waist tightly. "Thank god! Are you okay?!" She asks as she looks up at him and then buries her face in his chest.
The lockers stopped slamming opened and closed when someone saw that they could not be hit from where they were standing. She sighed in relief and looked back and forth between Jasper and Jake. She kept her arms around his waist not planning to let him go just yet.
"We need to move from here before anything else happens... I'm scared guys.." She says with fear in her voice and eyes. Feel Nothing

"Really? We should go then." Jake said, just as he started hearing lockers banging.
Without a thought, he grabbed onto Katlin's arm, and started running, dragging her along. He didn't feel that it was danger. So he kept with his instinct, and ran towards the noise.
When he arrived at the source of the noise and when it stopped, he stopped, causing Katlin to stop too, then he looked around. Seeing 3 figures, Jake took a courageous step and called out.
"Guys? Is that you?" He called, now that the noise had ceased.
'Nick Laker;; I don't think you can heal them.
