Alright then! Those who read in the Hebrew GD, probably know I'm a real charts lover. Therefore, I will add one as soon as I clear a few things that have to do with Arabic writing out: First of all, almost all letters have a few forms, that change according to the letters location: there are Initial, Medival and Final forms to each letter (all but 6 letters that always look the same). In Arabic, all letters connect to the one that comes after them, and all but those six letters connect with the one that comes before. In addition, there are two sets of letters, one is used for typing, and the other, for handwriting. Those two are very similar. One more thing that is improtantto remember is, that Arabic is written from the right to the left, unlike English. Arabic uses diactric marks denote vowels, silence and stress. The three letters in red and vowels, but the vowels are represented using the marks, and not by the letters alone. Pronounciation of the letters, according to their order: I have to go right now, so I will explain more about that later.

Oh and Amber (or any other Arabic speaker), could you translate this Arabic bit for me? It's from a song by Shakira, which is really cool. (She's half Colombian, half Lebanese...she's so cool!) Anyway here it is... confused

Right, the pronunciation... XD According to the order of the letters shown above:
A B T TH J KH (guttural H) CH (somewhat similar to the German ch, only more guttural) D DH R Z S SH S (heavier) D (heavier) T (heavier) DH (heavier) A (guttural) G (guttural) F Q K L M N H W Y
Arabic is difficult to pronounce. I really can not make those sounds, so I guess I'm not the right person to turn to on the exact pronunciation of those. I suppose it's possible finding recordings over the internet.
