A blow to the knee was painful, very painful, but nothing she hadn't experienced before. Her only verbal response was a slight hiss and she caught herself, absorbing the blow and switching legs to kick up under his arm, rather than strike above it.
He had years of training. If she defeated him, it would be a fluke. However, Tyven's expertise was in kickboxing, and she was very strong and fast with said feet. A frown flickered briefly over her face as she felt a weakness in her arm. A strike like that shouldn't have bothered her in the slightest.
Unless.
Jem had taught Tyven a thing or two about pressure points before, but the girl only knew good places to strike. She didn't know how to disable someone. It seemed that Kuyoja did.
Not exactly fair, but, this was a fight, not a tea party.

Kuyoja's plan was to test her limitations and at what point would be considered a breaking point. Would she continue to be able to fight level headed through this rather one sided fight? He could imagine the frusteration of fighting someone who seemed to be only striking out to immobolize her.
When she switched her legs to strike he took the hit rolling backwards with the momentum to minimize the impact, if you go with the flow you recieved less damage. He was soon back on his feet dashing back in his face impassive, if focused.
He had weakened her one arm, and was aiming to strike at it again aiming higher up to weaken it further, perhaps enough to render it uselesss. If her one side was unable to fight, it would be rather awkward to strike back and he hoped to put her on the defensive.
The strike at the back of the right leg was probably enough to slow her down, he hadn't numbed it...else she wouldn't of been able to stand well.

"You cannot enrage me physically, Master, unless you are willing to seriously harm me." The collected girl's tone was cool, respectful using a fist to strike his own, stopping what she assumed would be a numbing blow, at the cost of severe pain to her hand.
Her leg ached, but it was simply a reminder as to how dangerous he was. It wasn't Tyven's body, or her control of it that was the problem. It was her mental weakness. One attack toward Cleo had caused her to berserk Alaqua, putting the older girl in the hospital.
She couldn't risk being manipulated into striking that easily. That was her problem.

Kuyoja withdrew as soon as she had struck out to deflect his hand. Though he was breathing heavily it was controlled and he nodded his head to Tyven before placing his hands behind his back. Some children he knew could be easily angered by their own short comings, the frustration of not being able to fight back as one was use to. Tyven obviously was passed that sort of mentality.
"Besides threatening your family or friends, or endangering their lives.." He started and it was obvious he had no such intention to follow through what he was saying, "It seems that this class will come to an end. I will need to rethink on the methods we are using to help control your rage." He continued as he rolled a shoulder.
"I suggest you continue practicing the meditative stances from our previous class." He explained with a bit of a sigh. The class seems to have been a failure, though at least he knew his student better now.
"If you come here I can undo the damage I have inflicted on your body." He continued with a gesture or Tyven to come to him.

Tyven quickly noticed when he withdrew his attack, relaxing as well, though her breath was fast and capable. She approached him without hesitation, though her eyes were submissively on the mats beneath them.
"Thank you." Holding still as he manipulated her body for her, a slight exhale the only sign of physical relief, she frowned slightly, arched brows creasing. "I would like to continue studying this path, though perhaps it will be the refinement of my mind's control, rather than my body's."
Her gaze finally flicked up to meet his. "I do appreciate your efforts."

Kuyoja had worked on her silently his brain still was trying to find ways that he wcould help his student in this area. Honestly he would have to do a lot more research on the subject.
He noted her submissive posture a bit curious on it but as he finally worked out the last pressure point he stepped back and lightly squeezed her shoulder.
"My efforts will be doubled in trying to help you in the future." He replied with a not of his head before dropping his hand and moving off to grab his clipboard to note the classes highlights.
"Let me know if and when you wish to continue in this feild of study." He murmrued nodding his head to indicate the class was indeed over.
