she stares at the stars not knowing what is missing.
will she ever understand the bliss
that hides the walls of darkness
everything seems so wrong
yet she remains so strong
the scars mark her evil past
it will never be the lastHer heart crawls with agony
she is begging on her knees
in the mud she cries tears of blood
and nobody notices her living in fear
because it is never clear
She stares out the window
and hears the screams of lost souls
that echo in the night
where is the light
will she find a way
before she fades
She strives for forgiveness
but her life is ending
and her world keeps bending in front of her
she tries to hold on
but it is never enough
