i got a brown 6 string acoustic,anyone know th finerings to smoke on the water??
I suggest you take lessons, or invest in a beginners method book. I used Fast Track. It was really easy for me to learn since I could already read music.
It goes like this...
You need to take the third and fourth string from the smallest (highest bottom) string. Pluck them both at the same time open.
Now you need to ply those two strings again, holding them both down on the third frett.
Do the same on the fifth frett.
So that's open, third frett, fifth frett. The chord is optional I guess. That's not really how they play it on the album, but it's a place ot start.
