First you have to have a house.
Then go to the train station and click on the navigation link and look for an open area. Then it's click, click boom. Just find an open address and click it and there you go, you have an address. 3nodding

Spots are still available, but they fill up fast. You can now find my dump at 8 Barton 001332. wink I hope they expand the available locations to include places like Durem and Isle De Gambino.
