"Hehe and who knows, maybe even more will arrive someday?" The stallion liked that thought, and hoped that Tal could have more siblings to keep herself entertained with. "Your family always gives me hope, its nice to see siblings and parents getting along so well." he then turned his eyes towards Tess, and winked kindly. "Always remember that these guys have your back, no matter what. That's pretty awesome if you think about it!"
Dante was quiet as Tal discussed Ezriel's family situation, and he pondered it all once more before shaking his head. "I really don't understand it myself, but I gave up on his standards ages ago. He and I haven't spoken in quite some time, but that's what happens I suppose. I like to keep my own morals handy, and he can keep his to himself." With a confident nod, the stallion smile brightly at his friend to assure her that all was well.
"Well I'd rather you hang around for awhile." he then admitted, while flapping his tail against his bum. "Things are rather dull when your not around, and I'm sure Tess could agree with me there!" But seriously, everything was better when Tal was around. It had been so long since Dante had seen her that waiting any further felt horrible in his mind. He always felt better when she was around, and that was definitely the 'Tal-effect'! He was lucky to always have her as a best friend.
Once the sentiments were calmed in his mind, he just had to ask, "So what were you two going to do for the day? Mind if I joined?" A childish grin molded tself on his face, and he shook his mane out while waiting for Tal's answer.

"Let's not hold our breath quiet yet about that, Dante - I'd like to see my current fresh batch of siblings grow up before any other find their way miraculously." Tal retorted softly, with a sway of her long lure tail - siblings were nice, but any more at this time would have been overkill for her - she couldn't even attempt to imagine how Jack was handling suddenly having six children to watch over - she herself had been pretty near-fatal to his dear heart in her foalhood.
Turning her cool gaze away from the pale stallion, and back to the sky, she listened to him chitter on about his younger brother. It wasn't long ago that she had met the two - one in a more precarious situation than the other, she wondered what had happened to the white ball of spikes that suddenly made him into a father-creature. Had he possibly matured faster than she? Well, obviously, he had spawned far earlier than she had in his lifetime - and she wondered if it detriment him in any way.
Shaking off her thoughts about that, she politely let the statement fall to the silence of the closing day's skies, sensing that Dante's family affairs bothered the stallion to a degree - it always had. And besides, he didn't seem like he needed to vent or rant like his brother; the calm smile reassured her.
"Oh!" suddenly burst from the other side of the stallion - the dark foal finding a common ground of conversation to return into, his youthful voice lifting the spirits a bit. "Well, it's late in the day, and well, we usually find Jack to "touch base" with every other day when it comes to this time - without that, Jack gets pretty torqued at us, I guess cos we're always so far away from him, I onno." Tess stated casually, as if not bothered terribly by his father's supposed wrath due to his absence. His father was such a calm and free spirit, that they barely incurred said retort.
"You're more than welcome to come visit our old man - have you ever met him? I'm sure he'd like you!" he offered to the stallion, almost bouncing in his steps as he sped along in front of the older Soquili, not even waiting for an answer from either.
Talullah, on the other hand, had resort herself to her deep thoughts a little more, she followed the stallion and her foal brother as she allowed them to chat.
---- (nowforjack xD lol.)----
In the not too far off distance, stood the older stallion, his dark mane trailing over his face in trinkets and braids, vibrant green eyes searching forever into the dying sun for a sign of his kin - two children that he had left to their own devices - one depending on the other, both learning from the experience of companionship. That, and Talullah desperately needed someone to keep an eye on her. Someone whom she wouldn't try to coax into attempting to jump in to adventure with so quickly.
It had been a few days since he heard from his two elder children - both holding the 'eldest' ranks in the litters, both holding strong heads on their shoulders (depending on how strong the bolts holding those up, though, was questionable.) His insatiable curiosity couldn't be held back anymore, he was honestly wondering what had happened during the past few days.
Taking a few steps forward, he assumed that they would find him, if not by visual means, then by the sound of his treasure - charms, bracelets, things that glittered and chimed as he made his way.
What glorious stories would come his way? He wondered.

Dante sensed Tal's sudden silence after his other words, but his own attention was quickly stolen by the colt in front of him! Tess was bringing up a very interesting idea. The famed Jack who Dante had always wanted to meet was apparently close by! How lucky was that?! "Ahhh, Jack eh?" he then said, while swinging his eyes back towards Tal. "You've talked about him so much, and you've had the pleasure of meeting most of my family. So now do I get the honor of meeting your father?" It was about time, yes?
He remembered when Tal told him about Jack when they were very young. She spoke of how impressive he was, and how great he was as a father. Dante was always curious as to what a good father was like, and Jack seemed like the perfect example! "I'd be happy to tag along with you both." he then said, while bringing himself back towards Tess. "I'm sure your father is amazing, and I can't wait to see for myself. Tal told me all about him when we were children, and I've always truly wanted to meet him."
The only worry in Dante's mind was whether Jack would like HIM. Korrine loved everyone so there was no shock to his mother loving Tal. But so far Dante had terrible luck with fathers... would Jack be any different?! "I hope I give him a good impression." he then said, while squinting his eyes a bit.

"Dante has never met Jack?" At first it seemed slightly bizarre, considering how friendly he and Tal seemed to be in front of him - there was no sense of strain coming from the stallion with other family around. It only dawned on the colt after a moment that his father-unit had constantly stated that he only knew the stallion by name; never by face.
"Hunh, well, I guess today is better than never, am I right?" He burst out, giving his little trot a sudden hop-step; this could be interesting!
Tal hadn't realized how long she had been quiet, and when Dante turned his gaze to ask her questions pertaining to Jack, it dawned on her that her inner thoughts had accidentally swooped in on her time with friends and family again. Damn that inner monologue. Shaking her head lightly to dispel whatever tizzy had held onto her attention, she turned her own gaze to the stallion once more, soaking in the questions and conversations that he was rebounding off her and her colt brother. It was actually kind of nice chilling with Dante.
"I hope we can find him, he's not very hard to miss, you know the sound I make?" She started, shaking her head and settling off a mini catastrophe of delightful sounds from her jewelry, "think that, but a little louder. Jack is a fine admirer of anything that shines and makes sound. He's very melodic." she rambled on, smiling to her friend as they made their way.
---
It was never terribly difficult for the older Stallion to catch eye of his brood - in the vastness of a plains or in the thick brush of a forest - it was always remarkably easy. For one, they glowed brightly in the evening lights. Pinks, teals, lime greens, like fireflies in the night that he had grown so accustomed to. It made him proud when he saw his flesh and blood roaming around this vast world as nomadic creatures.
Tal roamed in odd ways, he admitted.
Cresting over a small hill that split the group away from the older stallion, he watched over the descent when he stopped at the top, attempting to pin point where they would be. It didn't take him very long, as his eyes focused on his spawn, with their black bodies and tinted graces, tal with her greens, and tess, who glowed faintly the same colour that Peryton had taken on.
It made him swell with pride to see how much they had grown - but this only lasted a moment. After a second glance, Jack realized that the number of children remaining did not co-incide with the number of foals he had allowed Talullah to take under her wing - for less of a better word. And he sure as hell did not recall ever having a child who's coat was a shade simular to silver. Watching overe them as they grew closer, Jack sunk deep into a state of befuddlement, hoping one of his kids would explain the new body. It was a first!
---
She could hear him already; having honed herself since a youth-filled and energetic foal - he always sounded different to her. Turning her head back towards where they were destined to wind up, she wondered what woudl take place when she showed her father a friend she had kept by her side since the first few days of foal-hood. It didn't matter much, Jack was a happy creature. With a small jump to her step, she went to announce where her father-unit was, only to be abruptly cut off by the exclamation of--
"Jack!" It rang out from the little colt to their side - his bold and strong voice carrying over the little field they were currently walking through. If Jack hadn't heard that, nothing would have. Picking up his step, Tess hurried over to the dark body in the distance, cutting the area between them in record speed - all while keeping sure that Tal, (and mainly Dante,) hadn't run off on him -- again.

Dante felt his own head jerk from Tess' quick movement, and he stared forward since the famous Jack had finally arrived! He was as impressive and bold as Tal had made him out to be, so that was exciting at least. "Whoa." It was quiet enough where only Tal could really hear it, and he only smiled lightly at her before moving himself forward to catch up with Tess' distance. He figured Tal would probably follow, since all of them could gather together and meet finally.
What interested him most was the father-children interaction that Tal had explained so much about. What was a true father supposed to be like? What would a father say to a daughter and son? And then he wondered, what would his own father say to him or Meera? Hugh. He'd never really thought about it, nor tried to watch others. But now was the perfect opportunity, and he felt himself jitter a bit from a secret excitement. He could explain this all to Tal later, but for now he decided to just observe and enjoy! No reason to get emotional or anything.
"Its an honor to finally meet you, Jack." he then said, while bowing his head ever-so-slightly. "I'm Dante, and I think I've known Tal since..." he paused then, and looked at her quite surprisingly. "..since right after we were both born!" And wow, it had been awhile hadn't it? "So I'm very happy to get to know you!"
