Got the game for my cousins kids, they seem to love it, I still don't have much interest with you.

After Brawl, I'm just glad to see that the WiFi is capable of lag free matches.
But seriously, this game got me into Mario Kart again. I hate MKDS for obvious reasons.

Eh, the DS Mario Kart seemed like a HUGE copy and paste job. I didn't think anything interesting/cool/new was added... give or take a stage or an item.
I wanted something innovative... like DD's Dual Riders or Wii's WiiWheel.

I've never owned a nintendo system except for my gbc & gba and I heard the mario kart port for the gba sucked so I never picked it up. But the hour I spent playing the ds mario kart helped stave off the boredom as we (rotc drill team) waited patiently for the other schools to finish.

I wanted something innovative... like DD's Dual Riders or Wii's WiiWheel. That too. The only new thing really worth noting was the bullet bill item, and that was more of a modified Chain Chomp anyways. I dunno. The Wiiwheel makes the game easier to control, but I'd say it's intuitive before I'd say it's innovative. @Sakyh: If you don't know what it is, don't worry about it. It's just a really obnoxious trick that lots of people online exploited. But now it's gone. Bueheheh.

Ace, haven't you heard of reverse snaking? At least, that's what I call it. Anyways, everyone is capable of snaking. I'd like to think that it gives skilled players a chance against item abusers.

I have got the game a while ago and recorded footage. So if you are curious about what Mario Kart is like on the Wii, then click here for part 1 and here for part 2.

Online Play is pretty innovative for Mario Kart you know.
And I like my ability to jump damnit. Makes dodging things easier.

I just got this game.
Now, I'm curious: since it seems like alot of us have this game, would anyone be interested in trying to organize some kind of Mario Kart Game Night or something? The online play is supposed to be good.

I'd like to join in.
But I would need to get better first. D:
I am struggling at the 100CC cups.
Maybe it's because I am using the wrong character/bike.
