didnt hear her as i was leading a wire through the hot metal of the throwing star, giveing the Celtic Knots a final touch.
humms lowly as i cool the metal, then sets it down to walk to the wall and pull out a sword. its blade seemed to dance with silver spirals overlaping blue waves as i pull it out of the wall. looks at the blade and sighs as it glows a light purple again. "im sorry little one, but i cant trust any wepon i make now... please quiet down.." sets it around the corner on the table near the door, still not seeing Phantom.

blinks at Phantom, then carfuly takes off my gloves and turns to face her.
relief floods me as i see Vein, but is quickly blocked by worry. "the girl is ok then?"

rubbs the bridge of my nose with my finger, then nods and moves to my work table. "Vein, is a minipulative sword. but he is mostly right."
picks up one of my discarded shirts and slings if over my shoulder as i move to stand before Phantom. raises an eyebrow and takes off the sword belt hanging from the wall and firmly tightins it around Phantoms waist, then takes the danceing water sword i had pulled from the wall and slides it into the scaberd so it hangs at her side as if narutaly ment to be there.
slides Vein into the scaberd at my side, welcomeing his weight.
does a lopsided grin as i go to the back of the room and tuggs on my shirt.
"that sword is yours, if you think it will not harm you.." bite's off that sentance and looks back at you and the now light purple glow that serounds you and the sword at your side. "it choses you, so keep it."
gets my jacket on and walks to the door, holding it open for Phantom.
"lets go, we should head back and check on them."

tuggs the door closed behind me, but leaves it unlocked. smiles and tells you why. "with the creatures that stock this place, its safer here at night than it is anywere else. at least for you and me." lifts a hand at something on a near by roof, then continues talking. "you see, most of the creatures are very good freinds of mine." looks at the sword at your side and nods at your question. "you can tell that it is a she, so yes. you will beable to talk to and trade comfert with her. she needs a name also."

hiss's as i see something crawling along the street, headed our way. lets out an oath and pushs Phantom against the wall and i move to stand directly infront of her, hideing her from the sight of the weird thing.
says something in a harsh language, then waits a bit until the thing disappears. then turns around and instead of letting Phantom slip by i put my head by hers and whispers in her ear. "she needs a name, because if she is named she can form her own being." backs away, and whispers Veins Blood name. after a low flash of light my sword was gone, but a cat with small horns and huge bat wings is perched on my shoulder. "these swords have names. and they can take a form of an animal they choose to protect their masters." tuggs Phantom after me as i walk down the street. " you see?"

stops for a moment, then looks down at the sword at Phantoms side.
"that sword is different from Vein. if you want i have a gift for your healing me. ill give your sword a shape, and let it chose another. in all it will be able to hold 3 shapes safely" pauses and shifts on my feet. "and if you dont show it to untustable people unless nessisary, ill give your sword the form of a charming beast." tilts my head and starts walking again, completely at ease. "you seem the typ to care for the old ones. so ill give your sword that if you want it."

nods and reachs around you to draw your sword.
walks a few feet infront of you and lets your sword go, so it floats on its tip on the road. does a lop sided grin " well, then if you accept i think a lady like you should not have to walk." taps the swords hilt with my hand, then lets little ribons of silver apear from my hand and going into the sword. then says her name. " Hera"
a flash of light comes and goes, but instead of your sword infront of you there is a silver unicorn, its horn almost see through but the same colors of the blade.
grabs you around the waist and sets you on its back, then peting its cheek i lead it on down the road. "just say her name and picture her animal. she will change for you."
