Garland followed after him. She was a bit confused by his rhetorical statement. "I suppose if you wanted to..." She replied, already feeling foolish for being oblivious. After looking around the castle, Garland flashed a smile to Deco. "It looks lovely so far. Are you almost done? It seems like you might be..." She took a step forward and studied the colors a bit, admiring the way they looked together.

Deco chuckled softly to himself, she truely was such a sweet girl, beautiful to, maybe...nah, he would ignore it, he couldnt just ask her out, true they had known each other for 'years' but still, could best friends become mates or at least boyfriend and girlfriend? He shook his head to clear it and looked at her. Deco walked over to her and his smile softened "s you like it then?" He asked as he looked around "and yeah, im almost finished, just need to add a few more things, just little two minute sort of things and then it would be ready."

"Yes! Of course. The room is very well done," Garland said and smiled back. Her tail swished happily behind her. She took another look around. "May I help you put stuff up? I would do whatever you say. I mean... if I wouldn't be in the way." Decortating the castle was sure to be a lot of fun, but she didn't want to take something away from Deco he might want to do something by himself. "You probably don't even need my help..."

Deco nuzzled Garland "it isnt that I wouldnt like youre help" he said smiling at her "its just that I said I would do it myself, I mean, they 'hired' me to do it and me alone, I cant really have anyone else help or they may not like it. I have to do as the client wishes, as much as I would love the help, its nearly finished and I dont want to upset the others" he said biting his lip, hoping she would understand, he hated telling her no, loathed it in fact, he didnt like upsetting his friend but he just didnt want to upset Wasabi either.

Garland smiled understandingly, hiding the pain of disappointment in the back of her mind. Of course she understood. It wasn't Deco's fault. She wasn't yet a hired hand when it came to decorating too. It was for the best. "That's alright. I guess I could always watch or something." She looked around, wondering if there was a place where she would be out of the way. "Sorry. I couldn't help, but hope there may of been a slim chance I could join in, but you're right. It might upset them. I'm probably not all that good anyway...."

Deco sighed and smiled sadly at Garland and nuzzled her "how about this, since you couldnt help I will take you somewhere special after this? Maybe have picnic?" He suggested to her, hoping it would cheer her up, he truely didnt like seeing her upset, he licked her nose and shook his head. "And you ARE good, i know you are, if I cant spot talent in the same feild as my own then I might as well just give up decorating now" he said sincerly to her.

"Something special? That would be great," Garland said. She smiled sweetly up at him and didn't even try to hide her blush. She nuzzled him back. "And thanks... it makes me feel good to hear that. Especially hearing it from someone with your talent." She swished her tail happily behind her. "Don't worry, I'm fine."

"You are welcome " he said as he chuckled softly a little, she truely was cute when she blushed, he looked away from her and then around the room "meh" he said as he looked back at her "lets go now" he said as he nuzzled her "I would rather get food then work." He said as he started out the door "would rather spend more time with you as well then work so it would be better this way" he said as he wondered where Wicca could be.

((Hmmm well we could leave the kids rp for a few more posts and have the parents have the picnic and have it go into night and then maybe fall asleep and then fast foward to either the birth of the children, rp that part for a few posts then have the parents fall asleep with the kids and then have the kids rp come in 'few days later'. Or have the picnic, fall asleep then fast foward the pregnacy and do the kids rp? Hmmm I dont know...any ideas...? XD;
*Pokes the kids* silly kids running off without their parents and getting into trouble. >> XD ))

((Yeah, original roleplay of the parents for a few more posts, sort them out...
Once their asleep or whatever we can have Deco and her have the kids? We can just by pass the pre pregnancy rp and take it up to where Garland gives birth and then maybe, after that, 'a day or so later', we can introduce this new rp where the kids have gotten themselves in trouble.
Though, in with the birthing rp we are going to quickly? Do, I will get Deco to ask Garland to be his mate then, they slept with each other out of mutual concent which lead them to have the children several weeks into their relationship but he hasnt actually asked her formally so I will do that when we do the rp of when the children are finally here.
Er...does this make sense? >>; XD; ))

Garland blinked a few times. She had expected to watch him work for a bit. She wouldn't of minded it, heck, she would of enjoyed watching what he did. His idea sounded a bit better however. "Alright... that sounds good. You won't get in trouble for not doing it now though, will you? I can wait if it would be better for you..." Her stomach growled a little after she said this, disagreeing with her words. She frowned. What bad timing...

"No, I wont, they dont need this for another week at least, give me a couple of days or so and I will be finished this completely, im all yours" he said chuckling at her growling stomach "something tells me you cant wait" he half teased her playfully "come on, picnic time" he said as he stopped just outside th room he was decorating. "Now, lets see..." he said thinking where Coven could be and then started towards the library once he remembered where that was, he didnt come here enough so he was not exactly familure with this place.
Coven had left the library, a book in a bag around her neck and stopped in front of Deco just before they would bang into each other "oh, hi Deco" she said smiling at him "I see this is why you wanted to grow, not that I can blame you, she is beautiful" she said winking at him as she looked at Garland. "Im Coven, it is a pleasure to meet you, Garland, Deco has told me alot about you" she said looking at the now blushing Deco and giggled "anyway, I best leave you two to it, I need to get to Solstice to see my parents about something" she said walking past them "nice..." she said before she was interupted.
"Wait" Deco has called out "I would like you to make a nice picnic for Garland and I and teleport us to the clearing please...if you dont mind" he said looking at the witch.
Coven turned around and smiled at them again "sure" she said as she waved a hoof over the floor and a large picnic basket appeared "everything is in there that you guys would like, even chocolate dipped strawberries, a favorite for any new relationship." She said winking at Deco ago, she did like teasing him, it was all in fun and he was cute when blushing so why not?
Deco gleared at Coven "Coven! Stop that!" He said as he moved over and picked up the basket "and thank you".
"Im sorry, but anyway, enjoy your afternoon together" she said as she teleported them to outside the clearing in the forest.
Deco placed the basket down and opened up the clearing with the magic word and gestured Garland to go in first, the clearing was a beautiful Eden that Raven and a few others had made several 'years' ago, it had a small waterfall that cascaded into a stream that lead to the main stream that ran through the forest, there were alot of different fruit trees etc. There was even a beautiful spot where the sun shone down into the clearing, different flowery shrubs...the place was just picture perfect, a deffinate Eden that one would read about in a book, deffinatly a favorite sport to hang out in for his herd "after you" he said smiling at her.

Garland called out a thank you to Coven before they were teleported. She giggled quietly to herself as she saw the blush on Deco's face. It made her feel better to know she wasn't the only one who could get flustered out of the two of them. Not to mention he did look cute.
Garland took the scene in for a moment after being teleported. Never before had she seen such a beautiful place. "Oh wow... It's beautiful..." She took a step into the clearing. She looked around as she tried to absorb every detail she took in. "This place is so perfect... I've never seen anything like it. It's so amazing...." She took another step, and since she wasn't paying much attention, she tripped over some of her garland that had slipped off her a little while she wasn't paying attention. Her cheeks flushed red once more. 'That just had to happen...'
