I'm just not sure how much of an issue we have with the gaia TOS. Also, I'm not 100% versed on the sensibilities of all the members.

here's the thing about profanity. yes, this a 21+ guild. however, we as a guild still have to adhere to the pg-13 rating. which, as far as i know, means no "f-bombs" but i believe that everything else is fair game. i could be wrong though.

That's the truth of it, while we think we are all adults, this is an all ages site, and we have to respect that. I'm sure none of us would take offence to the odd swear word here and there -we're only human- but I think there might be some TOS issues with that. (That said, I've never read the TOS fine print!)
