Question Fenrir. How do you want us to do combat? Would you like us to just write out that we attack and wait for you to determine hits and damage or do you want us to use the "Post Action" and roll our own hit dice?

But seriously, just write out what you're doing, roll the dice. If it meets the AC I have listed, roll the damage. If it's a spell, assume that they didn't resist or whatever, roll for effects, and i'll come along and check their resistances and stuff. If something is wrong for whatever reason, i'll inform y'all and we'll make the appropriate changes. (Like if you decide to charge something, but it takes you across a hidden pit and you fall instead, we'll retcon the attack.) In other words, do as much as you can, even if it's presumptuous, and we'll fix anything that's incorrect when we get there. Otherwise, this will take way too long.

Gaia is using pacifist die. So far the only person to hit isn't even using a slashing weapon. In anycase, usually a roll of a 1 indicates a critical failure and since this fight has been pretty bloodless how about you have that fish-creature fall on his trident? 3nodding

as well as the comment on these crappy dice... I'm not using any weapon and I still haven't hit lol... I hope things get a little better for us here soon. Grawr I can't even roll over ten on OOC lol

xd All a one means in 3.5 is that you miss. I absolutely hate crit failures, though, because it means you have a 5% chance of being dicked every time you act, which in the long run is much worse for players than the DM.
