Akira was surprised that the lizards were still moving. However, if they were heavy enough to hold against the great breakthrough they were probably heavy enough to sink. Akira concentrated his chakra as he preformed another string of hand signs. The lizards would feel as the ground they were standing on, and pretty much the ground for a hundred yards behind Akira was turning into was becoming less and less solid. By now the ground became that of a swamp. Akira also added another defense. This one he did not know how long it would last. He preformed another string of hand signs and exhaled a large amount of Iron sand. He used the sand to create a thick wall behind the group.

Hurdy kept his eyes on the lamp holding lizard in front of him, he didn't like it very much, but he would defeat it. He used hand seals and four Roots shot out of his back and plunged into the floor. The first two thrust backwards and traveled underground. They circled the tunnel behind them from inside the walls. They wrapped around the tunnel and crushed it, caving in the tunnel behind them. The lizards would have to get threw 20 feet of debris, and all caught in the middle were crushed.

That unfortunetly meant no escape for any of the ninja in there with Hurdy. But he felt it as a motivation to not die....

The other two Roots would travel forward, but inside the walls aswell. They would stop and shoot out at the lamped lizard from his left and right horizontally. Hurdy, while this was going on, begun hand seals.

"Tonberry!" A voice rang out. This was a voice that hadn't been heard in a long time. In fact it was 10 voices speaking in unison. Descending from chakra strings was Tai Akasun of the Black Sands: Master of poisons and acids. The puppet master was as usual fused with 9 of his human puppets bearing each of their abilities. In his left socket was the legendary Sharingan while in the right socket was its ancestor the Byakugan. Tai landed on the cave floor inspecting the tonberry. Using the Sharingan's analyzing abilites he continued "Wait....your not my Tonberry....you must be his cousin! I traveled through so many dimensions to find my Tonberry. I didn't know he had friends where he came from. Was it possible I forgot to close the portal back to your world?....." He trailed off lost in his thoughts. Perhaps Tai did seal the portal to Spira and these creatures entered this world through other means. Who knows? Maby this Tonberry wasn't even from the same dimension that Tai found his Tonberry. Regardless Tai felt it was time for a family reunion. He slapped his palm to the ground causing a cloud of smoke to appear. As the smoke cleared, a creature identical to the one impaled by the roots stood carrying a long sharp kitchen knife and an open flame lantern. Tai addressed his summon saying "Oy! Tonberry. Do you know him? And how come your Karma doesn't do that?" Tai's summon turned without saying a word simply shrugging in his brown cloak. Tai continued and said "Can you ask him to let the nice boy pass? Maby you two can catch up on what ever it is you creatures do." nodding to Kyoshou. Tai's Tonberry shuffled slowly toward his apparent family member whispering something silently in its ear.

Kyoshou was completely perplexed as he watched the plant man bind the creature. He was even more confused with the arrival of the puppeteer whom he hadn't seen since Shiro's failed conquest of Fire Country. Kyoshou began slowly tip-toeing away to proceed to the next cavern hopefully unnoticed by the bound Tonberry. Being a Sound ninja he knew how to make himself silent in critical situations such as this.

After hearing about the cave, Lyon couldn't stay away. It felt weird, Not knowing what he was getting into, Being denied the mission to come, He knew he be in trouble when he came back to the Hidden cloud village. Lyon took a deep breath and entered the cavern, Not knowing what to expect.

Lyon looked as the lizards were coming. No way to run, He held 3 bombs in his hand, Not normal bombs either. Taking his over jacket off, Placing it around his mouth. Lyon tossed the bombs down, Red smoke began to erupt from it. If the smoke got into anythings system, They would began to fall asleep. As the smoke was still coming out, Lyon performed a Afterimage It would appear as if he was still standing there, But he would be way passed the Lizards and continue on his way into the cave.

Lyon ~ As the boy would continue though the cavern, he'd be met with another creature, the golden ball of fire. It's eyes shining with the intent to feed as the lizards behind fell asleep. The ball of fire would let loose a burst of energy to explode upon Lyon as he wouldn't have seen it coming in any way. The only thing that can never be stopped by physical or chakra means.

Tai ~ The Master Tonberry, instead of being crushed within itself before going into the black hole, would disappear in a flurry of Pyreflies as the roots would also be ripped from the exit. But as Tai would proceed, more of these little guys would start to appear, each moving slowly but holding up sharp knives to stab at their opponent. Not even Tai's Tonberry would be able to talk them all out of fighting.

Kyoshou ~ As he would run, he'd soon be stopped by a rather freaky looking ghost. This one, unlike the folk tales of his village, had horns sticking from the side of it's head. It's mouth opened wide as he pointed towards Kyoshou, casting something known as Doom. If the Ghost wasn't defeated quickly, Kyoshou would die. (25 posts)

Akira was running out of ideas on how to stop these beings. He started to preform another string of handsigns. Suddenly it seemed like the lizards had relented and were moving away. it seemed that the group had lucked out, possibly they were about to be someone elses problem for the time being. Akira looked forward as they neared the place where Kyoshou and the other had stopped. When Akira saw Tai he let out a loud sigh. However his feeling quickly changed when he saw what they were going up against. "This is going to be a long day."

Kyoshou was held up by the ghost as he felt a foreboding presence almost gripping his soul. He felt he was in grave danger and needed to defeat the ghost now. A glint of his silvery Alliance pendant and this feeling was washed away as if he never felt it. He made a string of hand sings muttering "Fire Dragon Flame Projectile" Sending a huge spout of flames at the ghost.

With the appearence of so many Tonberrys Tai muttered "Oh dear. This is going to be a doozy." But he was talking to himself for his Tonberry had vanished in a cloud of smoke. Tai shouted "Oh you Coward! Fine I'll beat them my myself!" Pulling out a scroll he summoned a hundred puppets each with their weapons drawn. It was about to be an onslaught as bone and metal clashed with scales and fire. The war was on. Puppets vs. Tomberries. Game on.
