A guild is only what it's members make it. A healthy, thriving guild needs dedicated, active, intelligent, fun people in it. You know what you need Boston? A sidekick. Assistant is an understatement and partner is an overstatement. A sidekick is something in between. You need a moderator who will dedicate their time and effort into reviving this guild. Someone who is smart and creative and good with people and has experience with guilds. One person can do a lot more for a guild than you'd think. You just have to find the right person for the job! 3nodding A sidekick, eh? Know anyone qualified? 3nodding No one that she can think of off the top of her head. Haru is starting a guild called Sidekicks Anonymous and part of the guild is helping people find a sidekick, but it's not really up and running yet and doing it that way can take a loooooooong time. On one hand, Haru would be pretty qualified herself, but she's not sure if she wants to commit to sidekickery for someone that's leaving Gaia within the next couple weeks anyways. Is there anyone around the guild that you can think of who may be up to sidekicking? I see. I've been trying to keep my eyes peeled for who to take over the Guild after me as my "heir" but I haven't had too much luck so far. Well, I have one person lined up but I'm still a little wary of him. Are you worried that he might neglect the guild? Or worse, tear it down and sell it? whee Lulu (my other name) really likes this guild. She doesn't want anyone screwing it up, so choose carefully. 3nodding

Slow. stare Lulu wishes we had more members and she had more time. This is an awesome guild but there are so few active members. Even the mods aren't active. (Which, Lulu has just decided, ends right now. Lulu's sending them all warnings and if they don't post they're as good as demoted! stressed )

I concur. It was the same sort of deal back when I was Guild Captain, although I somehow never got around to scolding everybody-- you can't imagine how frustrated I got after a while. O_o
