Two items... Assuming the island had plenty of fresh water and fish (with eyes and skin XD), I would bring a really long pencil and a big sketchbook. :3

I'd bring jack sparrow and command him to find me some sea turtles
the two items would be. . .
toilet paper and a fully functional outhouse lol

I would bring... wellll... I would have to say that I'd bring one of the Weasley twins because they are attractive and can do magic. I'll assume that there are banana trees on the island so I don't need to bring one of those, but I would bring a blanket and an oven. The blanket to sleep on of course and the oven to make tasty foods with out a stupid fire.
