...Question: Would Kai's outfit be any tighter than previous seasons? Would it still include Joe?

Sorry, picked the first eyecolour that came to mind there. Didn't mean for it to be so disturbing.
Kai breathes in those outfits?!?!? That's news to me. XD Here I was thinking he just absorbed air through osmosis or similar.
He didn't have Joe in V-Force, though. So maybe they're going to g with alternat seasons of Joe. I hope not, personally, because I like Joe but you never know.
YEY! Kenny and Hilary.
...I hope that there's more Johnny... Not so much more Majestics because, although they make me giggle they also weird me out. Just Johnny.

sad I hope they don't alternate seasons for Joe, he'd get out of shape

Yes, actually, I'd be happy with just more Johnny, too. xD I love the
Majestics, lol that they make you weird out. They rock my striped
socks off! Especially Robert with all his 'uncouths' and Oliver was/is

But missing out. I was only using them as the only Male/Female duet (for that one song that they did together) that I could think of at the time anyways

It will be interesting to see which american company picks up the licence for it though. It's a potential gold mine.
As for the characters.... Well the originals have worked thus far I dont see why they would change them now after three seasons..... unless they want to follow in the steps of yugioh..... (hates yugioh GX... denies its existance)
Anyway what ever they do, im sure it will be good ^^

Kai should always have Joe. it's really not fair to keep them apart. As for his eye color... i will always pretend they are the beautiful crimson red they were in first season. >^o~<
