Wow Mel, that's the nicest pic you've ever posted. Yer hair looks so cool too! What's that say on the wall? No thieves... what? I see that yer avi's hair matches yer real life hair even more. Nice going! wink

I probably have pics of you, Hodur my dear.... *mwah hah hah....*
At Anime Boston, he dressed up as Hodur the son of Odin, god of Winter and Darkness--a costume he first debuted at WorldCon a couple years ago. It's very nice: dark, dark blue cloak trimmed in fur... a Viking tunic with nice trim, and all the traditional stuff... lots of handwork (guess who did it... *grins*) and all that. Crown of holly and ivy, no mistletoe... smile
But at Anime Boston, since the con was Easter Weekend and pretty spring-like... he wore the viking pants with the cross-gartering on the legs... the cloak, the crown....
And a Hawaiian print shirt. Because... he's the god of winter--and was off-duty because it was spring. LOL! I doubt anyone quite "got" it; we needed probably to have someone dressed as Baldr with us, maybe. But we had a good giggle over it. And I am almost POSITIVE I took his pic at some point. smile I'll find it. smile

Thanks Mel! Wouldn't it be cool if that was a real poster from back then? That would be from the same century and decade as Richter Belmont, wouldn't you say? mrgreen

But then, Hypno has labeled me "Retro"... smile Which is totally true, even if the avi doesn't look a thing like me. *grins*
And I will find the pics, I promise. Soon. *laughs evilly*

You know, I usually don't like labels but as soon as I saw that "retro" thing, I knew I had to send it over to you. I'm rather retro myself so we have that in common at least, he-he.
