When you do this kind of stuff, don't forget about the experts - Elvgren (my personal favorite), Vargas, Frahm, Buell, Petty, and even Nagel. You can see all of them here. I kept them in mind when doing this redline. It's not perfect - not sure how much I like that back leg - but try to keep in mind that pinup artists push it. You have to push the curves one way or another.

Dr. Valentine mr_smite: I must have pressed reply while you were still working on that post because I didn't see it before. I see what you mean about the heels, they are a touch long aren't they? A touch long and possibly not at the correct angle; consider redrawing the heels as if they were a solid piece, akin to those platforms without the separated heel on them, and once you're satisfied with the placement, carve out the middle section. The planes on the bottom of the toes are well defined, so simply extending them will keep the heels in the same perspective and length. Also, I kinda like the red on the second image because it emphasizes the linework, adds more contrast. If you go back to darker reds, you probably want to add lighter tones to the top of her torso, which will also add volume like what you're doing with the color and shading on the legs.

I keep feeling like... if the cigarette is going to be placed in the crotch-ish position, it should be pushed towards the phallic- in your original version (anatomical worries aside- everyone else had good advice on that) I kept wishing that you had either placed the cigarette somewhere else, or PUSHED the humpage. If you're going to play it up, play it up, if you know what I mean? If she's supposed to be doing something sexual to that cigarette, I'd let her, otherwise it looks just like you weren't sure where to put the cigarette and that's just where it fell.

here's my feedback (feel free to take with a grain of salt): i made the figure rounder so as to give more shapes to play with. what i like about the pinup style is their use of contrast between wide and thin shapes to make the most out the curves for womanly wiles.
