i dont think Eggman is that big of a threat anymore. he always comes up with schemes and we all know Sonic beats him. Everyone else listed in the poll actually gives Sonic a fight.

To me, everyone is a good rival. But, I agree with Twitchy, Robuttnik sucks. He always loses. Shadow, in my opinion, is a better rival, because he matches Sonic in everything: speed, endurance, brains (okay, maybe not brains, but you get the point).

Yeah, Robuttnick is really lame. He needs either an upgrade or a replacement.

Well, if a rival is what you seek, I'd say Metal or Jet. Jet's the only one who has defied Sonic to test his speed, and metal's his rival for common sense ><
