C'mon, Seffy! Farming floaties is pretty easy!
Get 1 gold on the shop sign, then get the ball up on the fishing paddle, let it roll almost to the very tip and shoot it--it should go right into the shop.
Every time you destroy or rebuild the mansion you get 1 gold, so hit the shop right after each one. Handily, getting bait also gets you 1 gold, so as soon as you get Logan to give you some, hit the shop! And I think you also get 1 gold each for locking a ball in the Bank & the MP.
Play some games not to win, just with accumulating power-ups as your main goal.

Well I know how to get power ups.. its just that getting the ball into the store is kind of hard.
