There was an explosion as a portal opened in a hallway of the ship. Rakin flew out of it hitting the wall and falling to the ground. The portal closed but not before a gun flew out and hit the wall discharging down the hall with a bolt from the PPC on it. It fell onto Rakin's lap and as he wrapped his hands around it he became unconscious.

"I only just got here," Crepuscolo said. "And I'm in no hurry to get back to the stresses of my kind." He cracked his knuckles and glanced down the hallway, his strong ears picking up a sound a ways off. "I don't suppose you heard that?" Crepuscolo said, raising an eyebrow. He shook his head and didn't wait for an answer, instead turning and walking down the hall from which he'd heard the sound, just beckoning slightly with a hand for Trev to follow him if he wanted to.

Trev growled in irritation, but followed, toting the impossibly large gun.

Teresa was shocked by the noise, almost directly outside her room. she looked out and saw a man lying on the floor. She ran up to see what she could do.

Rakin's eyes fluttered open as he felt a touch. He groggily noticed a figure and his vision snapped into focus as he rolled away with his hands on the gun and pointed it at the woman warily. It was obvious that he was being cautious and he didn't want her to think that he was hostile unless she was.

She blinked in curiosity at the gun, "what's that?" she was more of a child than a woman, and she asked, "are you alright sir?"

"You are in hallway seven, first class." she said, indicating the lavish decorations of the passenger room hall way. a window to outside showed white oblivion. "Why are you pointing that weird thing at me?" she asked.

Rakin lowered the gun to point at the floor, "First class of what?" He was extremely confused now and it clearly showed.

"What republic?" Rakin said thinking that it was the Lyran Commonwealth that was in charge at the moment.

Crepuscolo came upon the two without their notice, his ears having picked up on their conversation before he'd come close. He cleared his throat, gathering their attention. "I know not what either of those are," he said, blinking and tracing the scar on his cheek.

It's primary capital is the worldship Eternity, and the first and current president is Infinity, who has had 5342 consecutive 10-year terms. The Lyran commonwealth was in a game series, I believe. Mechwarrior. Yes, that's it. It's very popular." She said.
Trev grinned, "cool, a girl android and a game character."
