it don't switch its either all in english or all in subs

Yeah I can understand, like i only watch bleach in Japanese, english voices are not good at all...but there are some other anime that have better english (Like Trigun, cowboy bebop, etc)

yea it sounds like a 15 year old but is supose to be 30 or vice versa

Yeah, sometimes they do that inorder to match their personality but it is annoying
