He gave a soft shrug and said "My wish is an easy enough one to grant..." before starting to walk slowly as first. He glanced over at her and said "I think it better to take a walk with a woman such as yourself though." He looked up at the moon and his eyes flashed strangely like a wolfs before returning to normal.
He himself was part of a family lineage he had only recently learned about, the Hemming family that lives in his mother's Scandinavian homeland. He wasn't a pure blooded Hemming, but the man his mother had chosen only added to his abilities...for now though his family's past was of no importance. The most important thing right now, although the Hemming family was only involved in any quarrels between Were-wolf and Vampire when hired...they preferred more to be called Shape-Shifters, siding with whomever could pay the highest cost. A family of mercenaries and assassin's was what they were.

{This is an rp update. 789magician and I continued rping in an IM, so for privacy purposes I replaced his screen name with 789 and mine with kitoko. We'll continue in the thread, or I'll update again.

789: He nodded softly and then looked over at her as he asked "Just what might your wish be...and who are you looking to share it with?"
He looked forward, his hands snaking their ways into his pockets as a breeze flowed past them.

kitoko: Kitoko's smile broadened. "Ah, but you can only know my
wish if I know yours. You see, the average person is not aware of the... details of my existence."


789: He nodded softly before actually debating on whether or not to hint towards his existence. He sighed after a moment and then nodded towards the forest as he said "To run free with the goddess moon."


kitoko: Kitoko's eyes sparkled. "Unhindered..... Perhaps in another form?" This would show that she knows of their existence, but not ruin their secret if he was not one of them.

789: His smile almost turned wistful as he though about that, how almost every night for weeks now he's found his way somewhere he could run in his other form. He looked over at her and said "In one way maybe you could call it another form...but it is still essentially me."

kitoko: "Ah, could it be a rare shape shifter? I am honored." Kitoko paused. "Lets go to the forest. I'm more likely to find something to sink my fangs into there."

789: He almost flinched at the bluntness of that moment as he looked at her once more. His eyes flicked across her form once more as if taking in the details of a modern vampire, something he hadn't seen before now. He hesitated mere moments before nodding as he said "It doesn't seem like it'd be the kinda of blood you're looking for."

kitoko: "Ah, but it will suffice. Plus, we may find someone camping." Kitoko smiled. "I'm not that worried about finding human. My thirst has just started."

789: He looked to the forest and walked with a new spring to his step, his was going to get to run free tonight still. He glanced at her and asked "Do you think you'll be able to keep up though." Here he was with a stranger to him, yet he was about to expose what he considered his true form.

kitoko: Kitoko smiled. "Keep up? The commonly thought mythological ability of a vampire to turn to a bat is not so mythological, just something we keep on the quiet side." Kitoko began to stride towards the forest.

789: He nodded softly with a smirk before finally breaking through the edge of the forest and breaking into a run. He smiled at the scent of the forest, not quite as clouded by the smell of a city as the area around it. Soon though his eyes changed to that of the wolf within, and with a slowed run and the strange transformation taking over he soon emerged past a tree with an entirely new form. Not quite as human like a werewolf thanks to the purity of his blood, but definitely better equipped for his job then the truly pure form of a wolf.

kitoko: Kitoko pulled her trench coat around her as she ran toward the forest. She seemed to begin to lift off the ground, the coat becoming a part of her as she spread now-winged arms and soared over the trees, getting smaller as she flew.

789: He sniffed the air with an even better attuned since of smell and glanced up at the ever changing form of Kitoko. He looked forward and started speeding up against as he danced between the trees and searched for prey.

kitoko: Kitoko soared over the trees, circling the prancing form of Andre so she wouldnt lose track of him. She sent out sonar signals to look for a small snack, swooping down to snatch a mosquito from the air below.

789: He broke through the barrier of trees into a clearing that lay somewhere within the forest and came to a halt as he looked over the small hills. On the far side of the clearing he could see his targets...a small group of deer with their buck standing watch on the highest hill.

kitoko: Kitoko watched Andre break through the trees, then swooped down for a closer look when he came to a halt. Deer.... they have the best blood of all the animals. Kitoko waited to swoop toward them until Andre started off again.

789: He picked out the buck, knowing if he went for anyone else the male would try and save his mate and children. He picked the shadowed area by the tree line before breaking into a spring, his eyes narrowing in on his prey.

kitoko: Kitoko swooped along over Andre, preparing to go for the doe once another deer was injured. She had tried sharing a meal with a werewolf before and it didnt work out. Way too greedy. Not that Andre was a werewolf, he was just close enough.

789: In an instant his direction changed, bolting up the hill towards the large buck who was surprised only for a second before taking a defensive stance. Andre snarled a little and then lunged.

kitoko: While the buck was distracted, kitoko soared down on her victim, returning to her human form as she did so. She landed on the doe's back, her fangs instantly piercing the doe's neck. ((sorry. I'm sneaking on the comp, so I had to be quiet while my sister is up))

789: The other female dear looked around in alarm and hurried into the forest with another doe to get away from the scene. Andre broke through the bucks untils with a single swipe in this form. He tackled it to the ground and after a short struggle let his jaw lock over the buck’s throat and hold as the life drifted away from the animal.

kitoko: The doe Kitoko had was losing life as well because of a poison in a vampire's fangs used to quiet victims. Kitoko swung down from the deer's back as it dropped to the ground.

789: Andre pulled away as he felt the pulse stop in the before throwing his head back and opening his muzzle wide as he howled to his hearts content. He stopped and then circled to his kill's stomach and starting to tear into the flesh as if he truly was just an animal.

kitoko: Kitoko watched Andre with a smile before swooping down on her prey's neck, drinking deeply. ((swooping is figurative; she's not literally doing it))

789: He continued to dig into the kill, his muzzle becoming matted with the bucks blood as he ate through it. He would stop when he had his fill and leave it to the predators and scavengers that called this forest home and had not been able to take down the buck themselves.

kitoko: Kitoko sucked the doe dry, then looked up, blood dripping from her fangs as her now-loose hair was blown in the breeze. Spotting a small rabbit, she finished off her meal with that. ((Its 12:12 here, so I really need to go to bed so I'm somewhat alive in school tomorrow))

789: Andre pulled away from the buck and satisfyingly licks along his muzzle as he sat down on his hind legs. He howled once more to the moon, and then walked slowly towards the vampire as observed her.

Kitoko: Kitoko finished draining the rabbit, then looked up at Andre. "Shall we go back?"

"True.... though they may find my doe rather dry. I was thirstier than usual tonight," Kitoko said with a smile. She rose, dusted herself off, and pulled a vial of a translucent black fluid and a rag out of her pocket. After slightly dampening the rag, she cleaned her face of any blood before offering the rag to Andre.

Kitoko smiled darkly. "Home is an amazing thing. Its even more amazing to have one," she remarked quietly. She rose, taking the rag and replacing it in her pocket.

Kitoko looked up. "No, not really. Its not wise to stay in one place for more than a year or so when youre immortal." Kitoko smiled coldly. "I'm used to it, though."

"And stay a wolf?" Kitoko asked curiously. She leaned against a nearby tree, watching Andre.

A smile slipped across Kitoko's face at this. "Enjoy every minute of it.... thats something I'd like to do."
