The numbers next to the rank is what all the other jutsu's will be. And you should know what the jutsu does. Otherwise you shouldnt know it.

he means what do you do when you have a bloodline and it has effects that do seperate damage, or a jutsu that is powerful like Chidori or Rasengan. He wants to know what the damage would be for other things. Like, one example for me, is my Clan's ability to freeze things by looking at them. What damage would that do?

o and wat about passive jutsu like substiotution etc
jutsu that arent ment to do dammage
