Locked nodded happily, holding onto Kain's hand as he helped him to his feet. He grinned, keeping hold of Kain as he walked toward, and then out the front door in an attempt to get outside faster. He was very excited to have new people to play with.

Shino followed, watching Lock and Kain together like a happy mom. This is so wonderful! She almost squealed with joy.

In the kitchen, Eri listened as Tam told her about her family. The kitsunemimi's foxy ears drooped a little when she heard 'married off' and 'madame'. "Oh my. I'd be terribly sad if I was forced to marry. I'm quite a bit of a hopeless romantic I suppose. But I could never marry a man I didn't love. And as for my mom...it's been a long while since I've seen her. But, I can't imagine having to call her 'madame'." She felt a little sorry for asking about family then. She hoped she hadn't made Tam sad in any way. She had to keep her sometimes overly-empathetic behavior in check though. She didn't want to suprise her friend with a sudden hug or bursting into tears over the littlest things.

Outside, Pyper could both sense, and hear the sound of little Locke coming outside. He seemed to already be having a good time, of course he could be pretty easily amused-so she didn't know if that was saying much. But she could tell the little herald definitely like Kain at least.
