No, Im not kidding I went running every nite.. while eating only goodscents.. veggies.. for 6 months and only lost 5 lbs..
I mean I dont know if my body is gonna let me loose it it is indeed very hard for women to loose weight your bodies are made not to so that does make it hard in my experience as an athlete the best way to loose weight in fat is to build it in muscle the running is a great thing and the cutting back in calories is good too continue to do those things from what i have personally experienced doing an aerobic work out like you were doing is a great way to start after about 30 minutes of that while your heart rate is still high and your still perspiring switch to minor weight lifting this will build muscle and is most effective while your heart rate is high and body temperature is elevated if you would like i can look up some exercises you can do anything klink can do to support you in your quest
