Generally speaking, feats aren't class based, but most do have requirements you should double check. Thing is, some classes get more out of different types of feats than others. Try to pick things that will be useful to you later on as well as immediately.
And yes, prestige classes are half the fun of the game. You just can't start with a prestige class, fastest you can realistically get one is third level on some extremely rare instances. It's a good idea to choose a prestige class and work towards it, because they usually have feat and skill requirements.
Also, from what I see, you should have two more stat points left to spend.
In addition, the reason I mentioned metamagic not being useful at first level is because in order to use it, you have to cast the spell at a higher level than it normally is. Since you only have access to level 1 spells at first level, any metamagic feat you have will be 100% unusable until at least third level, depending on the metamagic feat you chose. So, if you take still spell, it isn't going to do anything for you until you reach third level.

i'll have to check again with the stat stuff, but i think my math's right on o.o; (Edit: i checked...i did have two extra...not for long, though >3)
anywho, i already have a prestige class in mind, checked it's requirements, and see that it more then likely won't bother me too much in the growth area X3
as for still spell, i have a reason for picking that perticular one, and i never intended to use it till i had access to spells over level 0 (which is actually where you start with spells...according to the website, at least)
how the hell do you determin hit points? XD i've looked several places on the net, but no luck

I have to apologize to everyone. I have not yet created a character, nor have I been designing a beautiful dungeon for you all to crawl through. I've had a tough couple of a weeks, but it's pretty much all over now, so yay!
I should have a character posted by tomorrow, and I expect to be inviting for my sortie by the end of the week.
Ya'll better start making characters! <{Points an accusing finger}>

That's true, some start at 0. Those spells aren't typically worth using metamagic feats on. xd
Hit points are determined by class and constitution. As a bard, you'll get 6 plus your constitution modifier every level. (Normally you get the max at first level and roll every level thereafter, but everyone is gonna get max hp at every level here.)
And we need to start advertising, draw in some new blood, that sort of thing. Only reason I haven't yet is because i've been slow in getting things organized. Half the time I write my responses i'm at work. sweatdrop

At a glance, i'd say your sheet looks essentially done, minus whatever derived values you wanna insert (Mostly in skills). As a point of advice, however (Coming from my experience to you) I would drop a point of strength and raise your dex with it. You won't lose anything, but you'll gain an extra +1 to your dex related stuff, like AC and ranged attacks. Every 4 levels you get an extra point to drop in your stats, so the only time it's okay to have an odd stat (From a min/max point of view) is if you plan on raising that stat in the future. As a Bard, Str shouldn't be something you're gonna raise later on. Make sense?
As for the +6, I get 4 from str, 1 base attack bonus, and 1 from my feat.

You don't NEED a deity unless you're a cleric or a paladin. I think there's a list somewhere on the page, right? If not... Don't sweat it?

Okay, I made a recruitment thread. It can be found at http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/registered-guilds/ad-universe-of-d-d/t.39163285/
Hopefully that'll draw some people in, eh?

Hm, seems to be a disappointing lack of motivation here. Had a lot of interest at first, but no one is following through aside from one or two people. We need to drum up some more excitement in here!
... But how?

I'm a horrible horrible person but hopefully this makes up for it. AD&D Players Handbook 3.5I'll work on my character and have it to you in a couple of days.
