Jadaria's missing. I've no idea where my erstwhile companion may have run off to or what crazy escapades she's getting up to that have rendered her unable to contact any of us...I would be far more worried did I not know her so well. One of these days, she will show up on the Manor's doorstep, banging loudly and demanding I wake my a** up and get her some g'damned coffee.
Unfortunately, she's left a big wretched mess. Children without a parent. Pets without a caretaker. I've managed to convinced Gaian Protective Services to leave many of her under-aged kids in my care -- I'm the closest thing to family that Jada's got -- but this isn't going to be easy. I've already got my own brood to worry about and care for.
I would never turn away one of my 'nephews' or 'nieces' though...as such, I've taken Kajika into my home. Once a vibrant and out-going child, he's now reserved and very, very angry. I can't blame him.
My hope is that living here at the Manor will do him some good - if not, I'll bring him back to the city and have him stay with Tey or Ren, whichever he would prefer.
This is not going to be easy, but I'll do my best.
