Eric coughed again.
"I think so. They decided to attempt to interrogate with a bat." He said, grinning up at hattie.
He then looked to Tu.
"Yea, yea I am. That's all I'll say with that."

Hattie sighed and slapped him in the face. Not too hard but still enough. "The next time on run off into certain death, you ain't allowed to follow! I'm a big girl." She scolded, irritated that everyone was so certain that she needed protecting.
She looked up a Tu as she undid her over-alls and pulled off her Kimono top. She sat in her bra as she started to rip the shirt into long pieces to bind Eric's chest. "They mighta taken Pendari to whever they took Hunter. If they can fiddle with it, they will."

Tsukiyomi Morningstar Hattie sighed and slapped him in the face. Not too hard but still enough. "The next time on run off into certain death, you ain't allowed to follow! I'm a big girl." She scolded, irritated that everyone was so certain that she needed protecting.
She looked up a Tu as she undid her over-alls and pulled off her Kimono top. She sat in her bra as she started to rip the shirt into long pieces to bind Eric's chest. "They mighta taken Pendari to whever they took Hunter. If they can fiddle with it, they will." Eric chuckled lightly as Hattie worked. "Did you know that they can interrogate with a baseball bat? The had three hundred and fifty some odd pounds of flight school drop out prove that bit to me."

"That or they've already sold her off to the Kore," Tu shrugged, "there are plenty of cops under their paycheck." Tu leaned back against the cell wall, and started fiddling with the button on the cuff of her sleeve. "So how long will it take the captain to get here, and should we try to break out on our own, or wait for his help?" Tu gently tore at the seam of the cuff, before pulling out a long thin needle like object.

Hattie listened to the conversation as she propped Eric up gently against her and pulled off his shirt. She began to wrap the shirt remnants around his chest. "This is gonna hurt, babe." She pulled them as tight as she could without hindering his breathing and tied them off before answering Tu. "I think we should try to bust out." She paused a moment. "I think that you and I should go and leave Eric and Cale here. Eric's in no shape ta be fightin' and Cale's the one got us inta this mess." She turned a glare at her brother who was still brooding in the corner.

Because leaving the brooding wonder and a cripple alone in a cell to fend for themselves while you go and make all four of us the biggest targets on this itty-bitty ship is quite possibly the best idea ever to come out of the human race. Why don't we just kill ourselves now instead of waiting for them to do it?"

Tu flipped the pin device around in her fingers a few time. "This would have been so much easier if it was just me." She let out a slight sigh and slipped the pin back into her sleeve. "I'll give this captain of yours some time, but if any of the guards get a bit leery, that time is up."

Hattie chuckled a bit. "Pain makes 'im angry." She pulled him back into her lap and touched his forehead. "You're still really warm, babe. You need to shut yer trap and rest. The Captain hais a half hour before I raise hell." She agreed wholly with Tu.

I am SO boned." Tu glanced down at Eric. "I didn't make the time limit. I said I was getting out if the guards started getting leery, which would be a good time for you to get out as well, they usually start the worse treatments after they begin to look leery." Tu let out an impatient sigh. "If you'd like to start crying and shaking there's a nice corner to do so on that side of the cell."

Hattie sat quickly, running her fingers through Eric's long hair. She did not have faith in these men or their Captain. It wasn't that she didn't trust Eric, it was more that she was a "See it to believe it" kind of person. She hadn't even trusted Eric until he had saved Hattie's but a couple of times.
