Kira pulled up along the sidewalk across from Alma and next to a pretty white house that looked like it belonged in the old south, complete with an elegant porch and hand-carved rocking chair. Unfortunately, Alma didn't have an actual parking lot, unless you counted the empty lot to the west of the school; Kira personally didn't. She pulled the keys out of the ignition, then turned to rummage through the black hole that was her back seat. Pushing aside an old comforter and a set of acrylic paints, she grabbed a hold of her pink and white leather dance bag, which had, in addition to her dance clothes and some Bath&Bodyworks Juniper Breeze deodorant, an extra change of clothes stuffed inside. She pulled it into the front seat with her, then reached back to grab a blue hoodie, a well loved garment with frayed sleeves and numerous paint stains, and pulled it over her head. Finally she slipped on her little black shoes, grabbed her purse from the passenger's seat, and got out of the car.

"...Kira?" came an incredulous sort of voice.

" Hello, Beccaboo," Kira replied, locking the door.

"You're wearing pajamas," said the voice, sounding pained.

Kira finally turned to face the other girl, endeavoring to look reassuring. She couldn't quite pull it off, so she started walking toward the school. "Just until I can change."

Becca sighed, brushing a long, dark blonde curl back into place. "It's against the rules, dear. Something about gang symbols. They won't let you in."

Kira hopped up the steps, looking supremely unconcerned, and passed directly by two administrators, chatting over cups of coffee. "Good morning, Kira," one of them called.

Kira smiled in response, then turned to smirk at Becca. "The rules are bent for the good girls, Becca. Best way to live is to fake being a good girl. All the perks, none of the disadvantages."

Becca rolled her eyes. "Right. Because you're definitely not a real good girl, you party animal you."

Kira started to answer scathingly, but stopped, blinking at the enormous figure standing in the middle of the hallway. "And here we see The Lump in it's natural habitat," she murmured, and Becca hid a smile. Encouraged, Kira continued. "I swear, that guy is a Columbine waiting to happen."

Becca shook her head, her smile gone. "Do you think that's funny?"

Kira thought about it, then sighed. "I guess not. I'm going to go change." With that, she started off toward the girl's bathroom. No one looked at her clothes twice, which made Kira smile. She loved it there; sometimes she forgot just how much.

Conall walked through the hallways, bent over as usual and biting his thumbnail as he brushed past several people. His eyes scanned the hallway until he found the right door. He immediately made a beeline for the door, in which people just gave him a path. Conall reached the door and silently thrust it open, using such fluidity and stealth that nobody would have noticed if it weren't for the fact that they were already staring. Conall walked past tables with computers on them until he reached the far back. There was one teacher in the front of the classroom, and he edged away from Conall's presence, eying him as though Conall was a thief perusing through optimal targets for theft. Conall ignored this and sat in the far back corner and turned on the computer. He glanced to the front to read the bold letters that marked the top of the whiteboard: 'Musical Instrument Digital Interface- MIDI'. Conall turned on the computer and all that was heard throughout the room was the whirring of hardware. Conall waited patiently as the computer loaded, until he was shown a login screen. He logged in his personal school account and waited as that loaded, too. He was finally shown an empty blue background and he began perusing the contents of his account. Game, music, game, game, music, school, game... Conall finally clicked on a link to a game and began playing methodically as a stick figure ninja and went through level after level, trial and error, over and over, waiting for the bell to ring.

Heather hummed as she entered the school. She walked toward her locker and started to open it. She grabbed her books and turned around. all of a sudden she bumped into someone and dropped all of her books. "Sorry." She said, stoping down to get her books.

(Alright, Ele hasn't gotten around to putting up my profile yet but she said it was good and she asked me to be in the RP to begin with so.. yeah I'm posting)

"Ah ah ah. Ah ah ah." the alarm yelled for the fifteenth time that morning. Shawn leaned over to pound the snooze button once more when he suddenly noticed the time, 's**t, we should have left already.' Having slept in his boxers, the fifteen year old rolled out of bed half naked. He stretched as he yawned then turned back to the bunk to shake his brother on the top bunk, "Alex get up, we have to go."

"Just five more minutes." the boy told his twin then turned to his side.

"I'm serious, class starts in twenty minutes," Shawn told him, shoving him once again.

This got the boy's attention. Alex's squinted green eyes shifted first to the identical boy below, then to the alarm clock next to him. He was right, there was only twenty minutes left. "Damn, maybe playing Super Smash Brothers Brawl until one in the morning wasn't as good of an idea as we thought," he yawned as he pushed his legs off the side of the bunk then landed next to his double.

"Don't say that, what could be more important then beating subspace emissary?" Shawn replied as then headed over to their respective dressers. The two began grabbing at anything they could find and in two minutes they were dressed and rushing down the stairs, only barely remembering to grab their bags before heading for their bikes. Ten minutes of pedaling later they arrived at their school, chaining their transports to a tall tree in front of a large white house. Together they ran for the entrance, each with identical helmet hair replacing their bed hed.

Kira emerged from the girl's bathroom just as the bell rang, now in cute, semi-tight jeans and a much newer, less battered baby-blue hoodie with horizontal blue and white stripes on the inside of the hood. Under that, she was wearing a matching blue and white striped tank with straps much to thin to fall within dress code, but she wasn't planning on taking the hoodie off, anyway. She was wearing no makeup, and consequently looked much more tired than she actually was. As the door shut behind her, she pulled her hair up into a messy bun at the back of her head, simultaneously looking around for Becca. Instead she spotted two identical brown heads. "Hey!" She called, bouncing up and down, grinning. "Nerds United!"

The two twins turned around to see the girl running towards. "Damn, can't you tell that friend of yours to stop calling us that?" Alex muttered under his breath to his brother.

"Chill, you've got to learn how to take a joke," Shawn responded then waved to his friend, "Come to school in your pajamas again?"

Kira blinked. "How did-" She looked down, to where her pajama bottoms were half sticking out of her dance bag, then looked back up, her cheeks pink. "Oh. Right." She glanced from Shawn to Alex, who was looking distinctly irritated, and shot him a borderline obnoxious grin. "Hiya, Alex!" Just as quickly, her attention was back on his brother. "Hey, Shawn, you didn't happen to get our trig homework done, did you? I sort of..." she paused hefting the bag. The cuffs of her pajama bottoms flapped pointlessly. "Left in a hurry. It's probably still on the counter."

"Yeah, I've got it right here," Shawn responded, it was a nice to know there was at least one person who could tell him apart from his brother, not that it was really that hard. Alex was not exactly the friendly type, At least not towards anyone outside the family.

"Shawn, come on, we're going to be late for French," Alex grumbled as his brother shuffled through his bag. Why he bothered putting up with this girl he would never know.

"Just a sec will ya?" the boy responded, at last finding the paper he was looking for in the blue bag. "Here ya go, just get it back to me before third period."

Kira's grin had all the brightness of absolute relief as she took the proffered paper. "Thanks," she said, giving him a quick, one-armed hug, "You're a life saver." She paused to give Alex an exaggerated wink, and then rushed off toward her first class, Honors English 11. God, it was fun being pointedly nice to someone who regarded you as hopelessly annoying!

"You really have to stop letting that girl get so close, what if she finds out," Alex whispered as he glared at his twin.

"She's not going to find out." Shawn shirked. But still, he couldn't help but turn his head to see if anyone was watching, they were alone. His voice then lowered to the hushed, stoic tone of his brother's, "Besides, we agreed. We are just going to heist the bank truck this afternoon then it's goodbye to Gemini forever."

(Do me a favor, no one overhear them)

Delilah hung her head as she walked into class. The walls seemed to pulse at her. Not now! She rubbed her head, humming softly to herself. That soothed the thoughts of horror. She sat down in her seat, and picked up a pencil. She pulled out her notebook, and began to draw.
As she wrote the pencil got heavier. She looked at it. What was wrong with her? It looked fine. The same yellow number two pencil. She shrugged and continued to doodle.

((Is it okay to begin discovering now? if not I'll change it))

Domhnal walks into his first period English class feeling significantly slower than usual.
“Damn.” He muttered under his breath “Ninjas hit hard”
Pushing aside the events of the previous evening, Domhnal spotted his friend Kira setting her bag down on a nearby desk. “Hey, Super girl!” He called to her, using his favorite pet name for her. (His favorite because he new that it annoyed the crap out of her.)

Kira shook her head vaguely, pulling out a piece of paper as she sat down. "Don't speak; copying homework." She dug a pencil out of her purse and began copying down Shawn’s answers in a neat, ridiculously tiny hand. Suddenly Domhnal’s greeting caught up with her and, without looking, she struck out with a light slap. To her immense surprise, it actually connected. She sat up and blinked at him, then looked at her own her hand. “Did I just-” Wait a minute, why did she care? The surprise disappeared, leaving a supremely satisfied smile in it's place. “That’s right! Don’t mess with the speed demon!”

"Messieurs (plural of Monsieur) Reilly, you're late," Madame Senora glared as the twins came through the door, she was a real stickler for the rules. "One more late and c'est detention," she warned in her fake French accent.

"Sorry, we had some...issues this morning. It won't happen again," Shawn replied, then he and his brother took their seats. Around them sat only a few students, something that was not uncommon in such a small school.

((Okay, I take that as a yes))
Delilah examined the pencil. It hadn't been leaving any marks at all on the paper, just creases. She held it up to the light and saw that it shined. It was heavy... and shined golden. Holy crap. It looked like a normal pencil just a second ago! Had someone played a prank on her? Who would go through the trouble of special ordering a golden pencil to trick her with? Maybe it was a paperweight that someone had lost and she'd unconsciously picked up. Yeah, that was the best explanation.
One question: Who would have a pencil shaped GOLDEN paperweight? And leave it at school?
