unless you're a repeat offender thats spent more than 6 months in a prison in the state of michigan than u're clean. trust me. my brothers records are still up there.

and the reason ICP.com can't mention it is cuz the offender is not allowed to make it public or talk about it or u will go to jail. trust me. i went to jail. said it to some friends and i went right back to jail....thats my junior year in high school lol.

It shouldn't affect the gathering, only because it says he can't leave the state without consent. Something as big as the gathering he ain't gunna miss, especially if all he has to do is go to his PO and tell him/her whats going on.
