Miranda shruged. "I don't know." Stardust came swooping down with a dead rat in her beak. She landed on Miranda's head. "Stardust, don't you dare drop it..." Stardust flapped her wings and dropped the rat on Miranda's head. "STARDUST!!" Stardust flew 12 feet above Miranda. "GET BACK HERE, STARDUST!!"

"Hi! I decided to come and enjoy the fresh air!" Fearless said as she walked into the bright sunlight! "Are you practicing spells? I'm pretty weak at it, but I could do this," She continued, "Avis!" Twittering birds flew out from her wand and flew towards the bright blue sky.

Miranda sees Fearless approaching them. "Yes, we are practicing spells. My parents taught them to me, thinking I'd be a Slytherin. They are Death Eaters, and I'm not proud of it. They were both in Slytherin. I'm glad that I didn't get put in there, I didn't want to follow my parents' footsteps. I mean, Slytherin doesn't mean that they're bad people." Miranda looks up at her owl, Stardust. "You say that you're bad at spells? I know quite a few. I don't want to brag or anything." Miranda stops talking, feeling as if she was acting very rude. She quickly moves to a new subject. "I see you're a Gryffindor," Miranda says looking at Fearless's robes. "Kaylee is a Gryffindor, too. I am a Ravenclaw." Miranda nods. "I can't wait for term to start. My favorite subject is Defense Against the Dark Arts."
