Ezhno felt a twinge of disappointment when his offer was rejected. He nodded and kept his arms around her. "Its alright..." He murmured to the girl, brushing his lips across her wing. She knew he cared and she hadn't pushed him away. That was enough, wasn't it?
Then he heard her name. At first he though the wind was calling to them and merely sounded like her name. Then he realized it was her mother. "Rora..."" He trailed off and looked into the darkness and the rain. "She... I'll go with you. I'll go see her with you." He reached passed the feathers and took her hand. "I'll be right there."

Auroraaa! That awful sound of impending doom. The slightest hint of a smile crept to her lip as he took her hand. Giving it a gentle squeeze, she nodded. "Thank you, Ezzie. But it's not your burden to bare." Quietly, she rose, drawing her wings close around her as a feeble shelter from the treacherous weather. If it were a lighter circumstance, she may have lept from the roof, as she had done many times as practice... But no. Downtrodden and frightened, she pulled away from her love and escaped down the bell tower, just as she had came in the first place. AURORA! WHERE ARE YOU? Ryu had now come into view, holding a coat over her head as the hard droplets now followed her down the road. Her eyeshadow was soaked, clearly adding to the apparent distress. A small black creature was trying it's best to stay afloat behind her, but every drop of watter pushed it closer and closer to the ground. Only now could one hear it's soft bleats, trying it's best to call for it's owner.
