Shinji didn't really answer the question he just looked down at the ground and after a minute he said,"Uh-huh I..I'm trying to get better but I'm just shy around people."

She smiles softly then moves the charmander so he was laying on her left arm she then bends down carefully and picks up a piece of his shell that looked like a little flame she then puts it in her left and then stands up carefully charmander in hand
"Well ill be seeing you i still need to pack some and i need to get this little guy inside"She says and had turned to walk back inside she was staying at her grandmothers house so she dident have to walk a long way and the pay for a place to stay she then stops and looks down the road for a moment she then looks at him
"Two questions whats your name and do you have a place to stay?"she asks the boy was only ten years old and she dident know if he had some place safe to stay

"My na..name is Sh..Shinji Nakamora and no I came here on a boat from Jhoto to start my jour...journey here in Kanto so no i have no place to...to stay."Shinji said with that shy and timid voice of his."Wh...why do yo..you ask?"He asked.

She smiles"im Myu Takama"she then motions for the door"your only what 10 years old i couldent let you go with out a place to stay even for just a little while especially not sense team rockets been really active as of late"she says then turns to walk inside
"You don't have to if you don't want to its your choice but your welcomed to stay if you want to"she says there would also be a plus side to him staying at the house as her grandma was once a very famous pokemon breeder

"Thank you Myu for the offer and I'll.....accept..i...it"Shinji said.Shinji then followed Myu to the door and walked in behind but he felt very uncomfortable being in someone else's house.

she walks up towards the japanese style house and walks on a mat which was to he left of the rock that was used to step onto the porch she was bare foot so she couldent really take her shoes off so she had to wipe the dirt and such off her feet there
Once her feet were all clean she steps up on the rock then onto the porch were she procceeds to head inside"take of your shoes when you come in Please"she says as she walks inside"grandma we have a guest"she says as she dissapiers into the japanese style house

"O...ok..so...sorry."He said.He quickly took his shoes off and left them outside and he just stood there after Myu left and felt very uncomfortable about being in someone's house especially without the person being there.

It was about 5 minutes before myu came back but she dident come back alone but she dident have the charmander with her eather at her side was a little old lady literly the old woman was exactly half of myu's hight about shinji's hight her eyes also appeared to be closed yet she appeared to be seeing clearly(like brock)
When the old woman looked at shinji she looked at myu"my your right he is only ten"she says with slight surprize"he can stay for a while right grandma?"myu asks as she looks down at the old woman"of course he can"the old woman says she then walks over to shinji and introduces her self
"Hi im sophie but you can call me grandma sophie if you want"she says with a laugh as she laughed a meowth walks out on all fours and rubs agenst myu's legs while purring
"aw hi miles"myu says as she kneels down and pets the meowth"merow hi myu"the meowth says in a cat like manner a normal person probably would be surprized as heck
(yes i know its kinda stupid but meowths are the only pokemon known to beable with trainning to actually speak)

"Meow yup i did i did"Miles says in a playful tone as he procceeds to stand up on two legs and jump around a bit myu and sophie laugh as they watch him
One thing Shinji might not have noticed was this meowth's fur was darker and the ends of his tail instead of being normal color it was pink a dark pink(yes i love shiny pokemon)another thing shinji may not have noticed was Miles had on a black collar with a stone hanging from it the stone looked very much like a everstone but it was carved in the shape of a fish
Myu then procceeds to introduce him"This is Miles hes a shiny meowth that grandma has had sense i was little i grew up with him he's a strong meowth but never wanted to evolve so grandma made a charm out of a everstone see?"she says as she points to the little fish shaped everstone miles stuck out his chest proudly as she did so
Sophie procceed to finsh the introduction"Miles knows how to talk and walk on two legs cuss he wanted to learn which makes him a great help around the house because as you can see im rather short and he can get things down for me"she says and miles once again sticks out his chest proudly
"He was born from my prized persian so it doesent really surprize me how he turned out"sophie says looking at the very proud looking meowth and laughs a bit

Nate blinked at the egg in front of him. When he had gotten it yesterday he had ran from his house telling his father that he was starting his journey early. His father had called out to him but Nate avoided him. He didn’t want to listen to his father yell at him for taking a Pokemon Egg. So now here was Nate sitting opposite an un-hatched egg, just sitting there.
Nate sighed and pulled his bag over towards him to look at all the things his father had packed for him. He had a few berries in one of the neat little pouches, a few potions and various heal objects in another, and then he had his Pokeballs in another pouch. He picked up one of the Pokeballs and twirled it around in his hands. His father had tried to get him to use a more aggressive color for them but Nate liked the color white. He placed the pure white ball back into the bag just as a cracking sound was heard coming from the egg.
He watched silently as the egg glowed brightly and then faded to reveal a newborn Eevee. The small Pokemon looked up to him and tilted its head to the side. Nate held out a hand for her and squeaked loudly when she jumped into his arms and started to nuzzle him.
“You sure are affectionate huh?” The small Eevee mewed up at him and continued to nuzzle him. “You’ll need a nickname…” Nate whispered to the Eevee in his arms as he shouldered his bag and started off in a random direction. “How about Kiku?” The small Eevee nodded her head and licked Nate’s cheek. “I’m having this feeling that you’re going to be a handful.” Nate laughed softly as he continued to walk.

"Co..cool."Shinji said with a shy and timid voice.Shinji looked at the egg in his hands and he hoped that it would hatch soon.It was starting to feel warm and it would wiggle every now and then.

Miles was looking at shinji and noticed the egg move slightly every now and then miles procceed to jump up onto myu's shoulder then onto shinji's where he procceeds to put his paw on the egg
Once he felt it was also getting warmmer he nods and jumps down onto he floor then onto sophies should and points to the egg"That egg should be hatching soon"He says in a catty tone
Sophie laughs and pets the meowth on the head"ha you always were quick to notice when a egg was close to hatching"she says as she prazes miles myu nods at sophies statement and looks at the egg for a bit and noticed it was moving slightly at random moments

Myu nods then looks outside randomly and noticed it was around noon suddently her stoumic rumbled loudly which made miles and sophie laugh
"well guess its lunch time"she says with a laugh as she rubed the back of her head
Sophie laughs and nods and they start walking to the middle of the building they enter a rather large room which was japanese style mostly thought instead of having the classic low tables and floor pillows to sit on it did have a dinning table with normal chairs
As you enter the room you could see that most of the left side was taken up but the kitchen on the right side agenst the wall was a tv and infrount of it was a rather large/long couch right across from the door they came in was another door which looked like it lead out to the porch in the back yard
Sophie miles and Myu heads for the kitchen leaving shinji to do as he pleased
