I think it would be a Phoenix. Sakura is gracful and timid like a bird but when pushed she can be a firey little canary. And so I think she deserves the King, er Queen, of all birds. Which is of course the legendary Pheonix.

A white/silver or maybe even pink type of elegant bird. Because her character is associated with feathers/wings. Maybe a phoenix or a swan.

Which is of course the legendary Pheonix. Fai's Kudan is also a phoenix (hence his phoenix tattoo on his back), and I agree with the general idea that Sakura's Kudan would be a bird. I was thinking that it could be like one of the doves that she and Syaoran sees in one of her memories.

I think it would be a swan made out of water. It may not seem very powerful, but looks are deceiving.
I can't imagine her having any other element other than water and air.

There's the chance it would be like Kero-chan, but in the anime, there's Chaos-san. I think Sakura's Kudan would look like Chaos-san's true form. 3nodding
