Noki smiled at Chunuka when he said he was happiest with his family. She felt quite similarly, and she missed her sisters and brother dearly- but they would meet up soon enough, when she found out where she was. Except for poor Shemshi, though truthfully she was the only one doing the name quest thing right, as Noki understood it. They were cheating a bit, meeting up.. but none of them wanted to lose any of the others.
"Yes, I hope so," she said enthusiastically, reminding herself that it would be worth it was one of the things that kept her cheerful. Her name wasn't appropriate for an adult, she understood that, but not knowing where to start in finding your adult name.. it made it harder.
"Thank you, Chunuka," Noki said gratefully, and was not at all upset that their conversation was being closed- he had something he had to do, and something he could manage immediately if he left. She could afford to dally behind for awhile without worrying.
