Well, if it is the Spartan stuff, it could be about Achilles. Achilles was for the Spartans in the Trojan war, and the only way you could kill him was by hitting his heel. And he was from Sparta.
And so, Paris hit his heel and he killed Achilles, so maybe he was the hero? But he was from Troy.
I know a lot about Greek and Roman Mythology, but if it's about the Medieval items, then I have no idea.
But also items that it could be:
the french items
the gift of the god and goddess
And also egyptian.
