"Well! I'd be happy to help, then." Indaba's smile returned full-force. "Is there anything you think you need to work on most?"

Shani considered the offer with a small smile on her face. It was a chance to learn more, a chance to improve- ultimately to impress her parents but it was a skill she would need. The only downside was that she just met Indaba and had to worry about making a good impression, but perhaps that was too late to worry about. And he was being so kind. So she could ask any silly questions- within reason- without feeling.. too ridiculous.
"Well," she said thoughtfully, "I don't know. H-how do you keep track of everything? There's so much you have to do when you try to keep hidden, but you have to pay attention to everything around you, too.."

Indaba turned his head for a moment to scratch underneath his chin before answering. "Well, I guess the best way to start is to focus on one thing at a time, that way your attention doesn't have to be all over the place when you're trying to learn."

(( I am lame and am going to wrap this up so it's done xD It's been too long, it just needs to be done now. ))
Hmmm! Valuable advice indeed. She thought about how she had been trying hard to hunt, realizing it was almost like she was trying to act like she was already a pro when she was just a beginner.
"So, don't act like you have to get it all right right away," she murmured thoughtfully, "Small victories." She could start small, at least in private. She had been successful when helped by her mother, but now she was having less luck. She needed to stop worrying about that and just taking what she could, working her way up.
Then something struck her. She had been asking Kubwa for some help and he had agreed to meet her in the afternoon for some practice. She gasped at her mistake, not wanting to upset Kubwa or lose the opportunity, she frowned at Indaba.
"I'm so sorry, I have to go," she muttered hurriedly, "I forgot something." She felt guilty having to leave but once she remembered she wanted to avoid as much awkwardness as possible-- so she was very quick to go off.
"Thank you for the advice!"
