But Aizen-sama has things to do...like reading the thousands of reports on his desk. Just because he's an cool evil overlord now, doesn't mean he doesn't have paperwork. This is when Gin and Tousen is useful. They help him think up punishments and carry them out. Like when Tousen chops off and burns Grimmy's arm.

Ok...I just thought that arrancars ate(absorbed?) souls and other spiritual energy or whatever they call it in Bleach...But then the rice balls jumped in.
