By the end of 500 laps up and down the dojo, Rei is hunched over grasping for air and a pool of water is sitting next to him. "Not again" utters Rei. He then mimics the hand signs for the water clone jutsu. It takes him a little more time than usual to create a clone. Finally after one minute of concentrating the water on the floor reforms back into a clone of him. "Now the real fun begins." Rei says with a smirk on his face. The clone lunges at Rei with a straight left jab. Rei uses his right hand to push the clones clones jab away from his face and performs a left kick towards the clone. The clone backs away immediately with Rei's kick just barely missing his face. "Man I knew giving you more than half my chakra was a good idea." Rei says. "Yeah, this should be a good fight." respond the clone. Rei charges the clone and throws a right hook then left jab, right jab with the clone dodging enough just to be missed by a hair's length. As the clone dodges another right jab from Rei he starts to twirl and performs a round house kick to the right side of Rei and connects with it hitting Rei in his shoulder. Rei takes a huge jump backwards "Man this is going to be tougher than I thought." Rei states. The clone rushes towards Rei and jumps while doing a front flip landing the bottom of his right foot on Rei's arm that are in a blocking position. The clone then pushes off Rei's arm into a back flip as he starts to land Rei is running up to him. When the clone lands Rei throws a sideway kick towards his chest. The clone catches his foot and tosses it forward making Rei do a front flip in the air. As Rei begins to land he straightens out his body and hits the clone with both of his feet. The clone slides back about 5 feet. "Good one" shouts the clone. Rei smirks. The clone then performs the hands Bird, Tiger, Dragon, Monkey, Bird, Tiger. The clone starts to part into two. Rei rushes towards the transforming clone and does a jump kick to the left side it. The hand of the second blocks Rei's kick. As he lands back on the ground there stands two completed clones. Rei's eye's grew big as both clones came charging at him. The first clone tries a round house kick to Rei's face, Rei dodges it. While dodging, the other clone slides from below and tries to trip Rei. He jumps but as soon as he does the first clone hits Rei with a side kick to the chest. Luckily Rei was able to to put his arms up to his chest and block the the clone's kick in time. He falls back about 10 feet and clones come at him again. This time they come at him in a straight line. Rei prepares himself for the onslaught. The back clone jumps over the first one and comes down with a thrust kick. Rei goes to block the oncoming kick and doesn't realize the other clone is already standing in front of him. The first clone hit Rei with a right uppercut and sends him in the air. he gets no higher than a foot off the ground when the second clone connects with his thrust kick sending Rei into the floor. Rei is able to catch himself before he hits the ground and pushes himself backwards. As he looks up one of the clones are already above him coming down with a kick. Rei is able to grab his foot and pull himself upward to kick the clone in the face. Before his foot reaches the clones face the other clone grabs it and throws Rei. Rei performs a new set of hand signs Tiger, Boar, Ox, Snake. As he finishes a clones appears right above him and in a chopping motion swung at Rei. A cloud of smoke appears for barely a second and instead of Rei there was a log. "Where did he go." shouts the other clone. As soon as the last word leaves his mouth a foot hits him in the face. The clone turns back into water and there stand Rei. "When the hell you learn that." ask the last clone. Rei shrugs his shoulder and responds "I don't." After an accuard moment of silence. The two of them faces off against each other in the middle of the dojo. The two of them stare at each other for a moment. Suddenly, they ran towards one another with everything ounce of energy they have left. They clash at one another, legs and arms are flailing everywhere. After a few minutes of retaliating each others attacks they both put everything they have into one last punch. As they draw near each other you can see the look of determination in their eyes. Both hand s reaches each others face and connects. On impact the clone turns back into water. Rei stands their in admiration for about 45 seconds and then falls over.

Kanashii tilted her head and withheld her hand, a bright light gathered and formed. Her chakra talent was summoning beasts out of her chakra, sure enough it forms a link between her and the beasts, but such is the risk after all.
She performed a few quick hand signs and blew on the light, it grew and grew until it burst from her hand and spread into the form of a bird. Kanashii smiled as it swooped around her head, trailing light streams behind it in rays of light. The bird itself was vibrant and beautiful, with features that seemed to shift in the light, rays of sunshine bouncing off of its beautiful long feathered wings, a crest adorned its head. The creatures name was Ibong Adarna (A Mythical Bird that changes colour each time it projects light energy by singing.)
Kanashii outstretched a hand; the bird landed and opened its beak, a sound emitted, much like a wind chime. It was perfectly in beat, and the most amazing thing was how the bird changed colour as it sang, light streams of energy bursting forth and dancing around the two. The bird was a dangerous beauty, at the moment the thing Kanashii was commanding it to do was only for beauty. But, if she commanded it the bird could change to an offensive and the bursts of light could turn hotter than the sun itself, burning all, except herself, that came in contact with it. She stroked its head with her free hand and it brushed its head against her hand before disappearing in shattering of glass fragments of light, though they appeared to be light, in fact it was pure fire.

Jutsu Name: Ibong Adarna: Dance of Fire


She took a short break after the summoning and stood shortly after to try another, she performed another sequence of hand signs, more complex than the last as liquid dark spilled over her hand, dark dangerous water. At her feet the puddle rose, up to her waist before stopping and forming a rather large cat. The summoning had called forth Pesanta (Nightmare Demon in the form of a cat.) Kanna stroked the cats head lovingly as it purred loudly, the sound reverberating in the small training room. Dark liquid continued to flick around as it waved its tail, it burned whatever it touched, the planks of the room hissing and burning. This creature was formed from the water from the deeps, one of the most evil substances Kanna herself had ever encountered, rumour has it that the water was pulled from hell to show humans what pure life they have.
She scratched the cat behind its ear and leaned down to kiss its head before it disappeared, the liquid burning the floor.

Jutsu Name: Pesanta: Dark Water Summon


Kanashii began to pant, looking well worn out, but she had only just begun, and needed to keep her summons in check, so far so good. She went to her knees and sank to the floor, drawing a sigil on the ground which began to bubble with bright blue water. She chanted softly under her breath and performed hand signs over the sigil. Slowly rose out a Havsra, a salt water spirit. Formed in the shape of a tall man made of water, Kanashii lifted her head and stood at the spirits command. He bowed his head in silent solemness as water bubbled, hiding his feet. Kanashii smiled slightly, this was not a hostile summoning but more so a comfort thing, anything the water touched would feel calmed and heals instantly. So as such, the floor of the room covered over and returned to its normal state, the spirit outstretched a hand with a silent smile and touched Kanashii’s forehead. Words sounded in her head and resounded around her, for her ears only.
Young one, do not push yourself so hard. And release me please, I can feel you are weary
Kanna gazed up at the tall being and nodded. ”Thank you Havsra…” She whispered, he nodded and bowed to her as the water dissipated and evaporated into the air.

Jutsu Name: Havsra: Healing Water Summon


She smiled and looked around the new looking room. ”One more shouldn’t hurt…” She chuckled and outstretched her hands, sweat formed on her upper lip as she concentrated her chakra. She performed a long sequence of hand signs, fire burned in one hand, and water bubbled in the other. She panted as both burst forward and curled upward into the shapes of delicate dragons. One made of water, and looked like pure crystal and the other of fire and looked like burning amber. She smiled at them both as they curled around her; the water one rested its head on her shoulder and blinked soulless dark blue eyes. The fire dragon curled around her legs and looked up at her with burning red eyes. She shivered and smiled at them both. As she harboured both elements of fire and water, both dragons would come in handy. The fire dragon puffed a little bit of bright flame her way, playfully and not harmful, as the water dragon dispelled it and seemed to scowl at the fire dragon. Kanashii chuckled and stroked both before casting them away. Both dragons spiralled upward, dancing and swirling around each other, with a bang they disappeared and Kanna smiled to herself.

Rei takes out few scroll he bought at a local shop. "Alright lets learn some new jutsu" Rei says to himself. He takes out the first scroll and opens it. His eyes grew wide from excitement. He then reads the hands signs out loud "Snake, Tiger, Monkey, Boar, Horse, Tiger while performing the hand signs build chakra up in your chest and then let it out in in one burst." he ponders for a few seconds "Okay I think i got it." . He stands up and turns to look down at the other end of the dojo. He then begins to make the hand signs. Snake, Tiger, Monkey, Boar, Horse, Tiger. He then lets out a giant breath but instead of air its fire. The fire forms itself into a fireball no bigger than half of Rei's body. Rei was able to keep it form together for about 10 seconds before it dissipated. "Whoa, thats Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu(Fire Release: great fire ball technique)". "I gotta get bigger" Rei thinks to himself. He tries it again and adds a little bit more chakra this time. He increase the size of the fireball by 1.5 times the size the last fireball. "It's alright for now. I'll figure out how to make it bigger later" exclaims Rei. He then takes out another scroll and begins to read it. "Alright just the move I need" Rei murmurs. Rei takes a minute to read the hand sign, drops the scroll and begins to make them Sheep, Serpent, Tiger, Rabbit, Serpent, Dragon, Rabbit, Bird. Rei sticks his right arm out and water from nearby buckets begin to concentrate around it and forms into a massive ball. "Suiro no Jutsu(water prison technique) is sooo awesome" Rei shouts. "Cool now that I know some new moves lets try them out. Rei takes his hand out of the water prison, once his hand is out of the ball the water splashes on the ground. Rei then performs the Water Clone Technique. A clone appears from the water on the floor. "Now I only created you because I need as much chakra as possible to try these new moves. Now don't hold back on me." sates Rei as he proceeds to get into a fighting stance. The clone prepares himself as well. They both charge at each other doing the same hand signs. They stop and blow a deep breath out releasing flames. The two create massive fire balls 10 feet in front of one another. The fireball touch and explode knocking both back 50 feet. They both land on their feet and charge at one another once again, neither one making any hand signs. They clash into one another Rei throws the first kick. The clone ducks and tries a low kick. Rei jumps and comes back down with a thrust kick. The clone slides to the right and tries to uppercut Rei. Rei catches his arm and throws him over his shoulder. The clone does a twist flip landing facing Rei. To his surprise Rei is already standing in front of him and throws a right jab. The clone moves to the left and performs a round house kick. Rei is able to to put his arm up to block the kick in the knick of time. Rei then tries his own round house kick but the clone catches his foot and throws him down the dojo hall. Rei lands and proceeds to look up and see two clones now standing down the other end. "Oh not again" Rei utters under his breath. Rei then begins to make his own water but he performed the jutsu using one hand. The clone appears and Rei stumbles to one knee. "Man I knew i would need double the chakra but i didn't think it would make me feel this light headed. We got to finish this fast." Rei says while looking at the other clone. The nodes his head and helps Rei to his feet. Rei gives him a red neckerchief "So we can tell the difference." The clone nodes again and both him and Rei put on a red neckerchief. They all stare at each other for another minute and then charge at one another. Once standing no more than an inch away they split off into two groups. Rei and the clone that he is fighting starts running right. They are staring at one another while running down the other end of the dojo. Rei jumps towards the clone, the clone stops and turns to the left dodging Rei's attack. The clone swing with a right kick but Rei duck under it by performing a back flip. Rei continues the back flip for about four more rotations. He then stops to find the clones foot at his face. It connects sending Rei back about 15 feet on the floor. He shakes off the the kick and looks up to see the clones foot coming down on him. Rei rolls to the right and tries to stand but the clone is already there to kick him in the back. Rei starts to fall forward but catches himself and proceed to do a donkey kick which connects to the clones chest knocking him down. The clone rolls backward to get back on his feet. As soon as he stands Rei is there to give him right hook. The clone blocks it and proceed with his own right hook. Rei moves back to miss his hand and performs a round house kick. The clone move back as well and then commences a kick upwards but Rei catches his leg and pulls himself forward to successfully hit the clone with a headbutt. The clone starts to fall backwards as well as Rei falling forward. Rei then pushes himself upwards off the clone's chest making the clone hit the ground harder and faster. The clone recoils off the ground, as soon as his body recoils upward Rei performs a forward flip landing on the clone's chest turning the clone into water. Rei puts his hands on his knees and begins to pant trying to catch his breath. He fall s on his butt while still taking deep breaths. The other clone comes over to Rei "you just got done? I've been done for a while now let me give you a hand". The clone extended his hand to Rei. Rei took it and as the clone pulled Rei up he extended his leg into Rei stomach sending Rei flying backwards. Rei lands near his bag and sees a scroll sticking out. "One left, I gotta try it....no matter what happens". Rei takes the scroll and opens it to see what it is. Rei smirks "this should work perfectly." The clone charges down the hall to Rei. Rei performs a set hand signs that the clone can't make out so the clone speeds up to get to him quicker. He then kicks Rei in the mid section. A cloud of smoke appears and as it clears there is a log where Rei was. The log goes flying across the room and the clone looks around very cautiously for Rei. The ground starts to crack the clone jumps up but before getting not even an inch off the ground a pair of hands ground his legs. "Doton: Shinju Zanshu no Jutsu(Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation)" a voice yells out. Two clouds of smoke appear one the size of a person and one the size of a basketball that appeared near the ground. Once dissipated there stands Rei looking down at the clone's head that is sticking out of the ground. Rei then kicks the clones head turning it back to water. Rei lays down in the dojo and then begins to sleep.

Rei notices someone else in the dojo. He sees him trying the Gokakyu no jutsu. "Hey there, do you want help?" Rei shouts to the guy

After talking to the YYO director, Rei decides to come back and get some more training in. This time it will consist of some good old strength training. Rei starts out doing 1000 pushup. He then performs the water clone jutsu with one hand. Bird, Tiger, Dragon, Monkey, Bird, Tiger within a second a water clone is standing right in front of him. "Alright you know what to do." Rei says while looking at the other clone. Rei then get back down on the floor to begin push-ups once again. As he begins the clone takes a seat on him. Rei manages to knock out 674 push-ups before collapsing. "Good on to the next event." Rei heads over to the pull-up bar. The pull-up bar is about 20 feet off the ground. Rei and the clone both look up at the bar. Then they look back at each other with an unsettling look on their faces. 'Let's get started" exclaimed Rei. He then dismisses the clone by performing the hand signs: Horse, Tiger. The clone turns into a puddle of water. Rei jumps up and grabs the pull-up bar then starts performing pull-ups. He does 500 and then stops. He then lets go of the bar and drops to the floor. "Alright let’s get the clone back." He then performs the water clone jutsu with one hand, again. The clone reappears from the puddle of water that was left on the floor. "You know what to do" stated Rei as he turns to look at the pull up bar. He then jumps back onto the bar; as soon as he reaches the bar the clone jumps up and grabs his legs. He commences with the vigorous workout with the clone grasp around his legs. He manages about 355 pull-ups before him and the clone fall and hit the ground. Rei sat up while panting profusely. Rei sees that the clone is already standing and waiting for him. "Well you wanna start the real fun or what" speaks the clone. Rei staggers up to his feet. His arms and legs are still feeling the burn from the few exercises he just completed. "Yeah, let’s try out the new jutsus while we are at it” replied Rei. The moment Rei stand erect the clone jumps towards him swing his right arm at Rei's face. Rei took a step back then as sudden as the step back to miss the clone blow he lunged in an upward thrust with his knee. The clone takes a step to the left to miss the knee. The clone performs a side kick with his left leg to the prone Rei in the air. Rei grabs his leg and pushes himself off by performing a front flip. Rei continues his flip backwards away from the clone as soon as he had hit the ground. After performing four back flips and landing far enough away from the clone, he performs the half tiger sign, Kiri Gakure no Jutsu (Hiding Mist Technique). A mist starts to fill up the dojo. It’s a light mist with visibility up to 50 meters. "Perfect, let’s start with the new jutsus." Rei shouts. "Already ahead of you" Replied the clone. At the same second the last word exit his moth he had vanished. Rei had anticipated this and was already looking to see where he would be. Rei sense the clone coming up from behind and threw up his arms to block the straight right jab coming from the clone. Rei steadies himself to embrace for impact. He sees the clone reach him and connect with his punch to his arms but does not feel the clone’s body. The clone’s body seems to be a slight transparent and is passing right thru Rei. Rei's eyes suddenly open as wide as possible when he realized what jutsu was being used. No more than a second later the clones reappears in front of Rei and hits him in the stomach and knocks Rei back about 15 meters. Rei catches himself and pulls off a back flip landing on one knee. He stands up and looks down the dojo at the clone. "Man your Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) was pretty good. I like how you combined it with the After Image Jutsu. Now it’s my turn.' With that being said Rei let out a huge smirk on his face. He begins to walk towards the clone. The clone sees him and begins to get into a defensive stance. The clone notices both of Rei's hands moving simultaneously beside him. Rei then begins to run towards the clone. When Rei is about 5 meters away he flickers away ending up on the right side of the clone hanging in the air letting off the fireball jutsu. The clone moves back to dodge the massive fireball but is hit from behind by a clone that Rei had made. The clone is sent flying down the dojo and lands not so gracefully about 40 meters away. "Man so you did the clone jutsu as well as the fireball jutsu. You are coming along very well. I wished you gave me that much chakra to do both" the clone said exhaustedly. "Well I gotta become stronger if I'm going to get back the missing swords." responded Rei. "Let's practice some more on the after image jutsu. I don’t think we are fast enough yet." The clone nods in agreement and begins to stand. Rei dispelled the clone he had created and came running towards the clone that he has been fighting. The clone can make out a figure running in the mist toward him so he began to run toward it, reassuring himself that it was Rei. As both of them ran towards one another at a relentless pace the clone could make out Rei as he was close enough to see his face. Suddenly, Rei vanishes but that did not stop the clone from running towards the direction in which he was already heading. He then stops and throws his right arm up next to his face at the same time Rei reappears performing a jump kick to the clone's right side. Rei saw himself go right through the clone’s body, which looked at bit transparent. He realized the clone used the afterimage jutsu at the same time the clone reappears right above him with a thrust kick coming down towards Rei's head. The clone's left leg passes right through Rei's body. A quick expression of disappointment passed over the clone's face when a pair of legs kicked at the clone. The legs that belong to Rei passed right through the clone. Rei lands on the floor of the dojo waiting for the clone to strike. He immediately put both his arms above his head blocking the left leg of the clone that came down on his arms. Rei then pushed upwards to get the clone off his arm. He then took a step back allowing the right foot of the clone to skim by his face as the clone back flipped off Rei’s arms. As soon as he clone landed on the floor he pushed himself forward towards Rei. Rei stepped to the right of the clone as the clone came at Rei performing a side kick with his left leg and immediately performed a round house kick with his right leg completing his revolution so that he would be facing Rei. He notice Rei was not at eye level and started to look down when he notice’s Rei’s right fist coming at him in an uppercut motion. Unfortunately he couldn’t move back in time enough to dodge Rei’s hand from hitting him. When the blow struck the clone it went right through him. The clone looks shock when Rei’s arm went through him, but his shock turn into a look of pain on his face. There behind him stood Rei holding a kunai that is protruding from the clone’s back. “Good one” murmurs the clone as he turns into water. “I think so too.” Rei uttered as felled to the ground sitting on his butt.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
Type: D-rank, Supplementary This is a C-Rank Justu
This jutsu allows the users to appear and disappear in an instant. This is very useful when trying to escape or attack suddenly. The users often uses nearby elements, like mist, sand or leaves, to mask their disappearance or appearance. Often mistaken for Hiraishin no Jutsu (Flying Thunder God Technique) made famous by Yondaime Hokage.

This jutsu create a simi-transparent clone of the user by using the surrounding mist in conjuction with the shunshin no jutsu allowing the user to appear he his faster than he really is.
