Icelemental How 'bout Yoshmitzu from Soul Calibur? Nah, I've seen him suicide in fights too many times. My vote for SC characters still goes to Seigfried.

Hiei of the Evil Eye from Yu Yu Hakusho. He's a short demon dude with a single sword, but he has cut a man 16 times in under a second. literally, the fastest I've ever seen

If it was from Soul Caliber it would totally be Nitemare.
If it was all over and just a plain sword fight (one on one) I would say....Rey Yan from Cronicals of the Cursed Sword. He's use to fighting alone, he can make his sword turn into any shape, he has the forbidden power of some god and his sword is a demon sword. Oh, and he has trained his fighting skills all his life.
