Far, far up his own spiral staircase, at the top of a circular tower, lies a room of equal shape. Its walls are tapered brown, softened with a material that feels, to the touch, like a well worn blanket. The room isn't furnished extravagently, but rather with the dull, basic necessities. A single window graces the room with light, as it seems that there isn't actually any lamps or bulbs wired up here.

What sort of creature could desire to live in such a barren place? Was it really their choice, or did someone actually plan this room to be so dreary? A single bed rests up against the circular wall; the sheets are made as if some child decided to hastily teach themself how to make a bed. On top of the pillow, a teddy bear is very delicately arranged. It's obviously idolized by whomever inhabits this room. Similarly, a shiny fish toy is perched on the sill of the reinforced window, the rays of the sun catching onto the shimmering scales of the object.

There isn't much up here; boxes, keepsakes, old toys, a spare crib, photo albums, memories.. A good layer of dust has built up against these items. Being one of the least visited rooms in the house, its main purpose is to serve as a storage area. However, judging from the footprints on the wood flooring, someone's come up here more recently. Perhaps they came to enjoy the gorgeous view of the entire field from the window, or for some peace and quiet from the hectic world below.
Nevertheless, the magesty of a room such as this is a powerful thing. The age and wisdom of the room can be felt from the first steps up the pull-down ladder. There's just something more to this room than meets the eye.. the secrets, however, remain locked up until someone decides to pursue them.

1. No getting your dirty, grimy fingerprints on the furnature! [Contributed by Phoenix] 2. Don't disturb any of the rooms. People might like their stuff the way it is. (: [Contributed by Madeline] 3. If you're dropping anything off, please make sure you're in character. 4. Ignore the dead ends.. they shall be filled in soon enough. -ninjas- 5. Understand that there are a bajillion things that still need to be done here, and that I doubt it'll ever be near being complete. So ignore the mess!
That's all I can think up for now, besides stating the obvious. Hopefully you'll enjoy the house, the occupants, and the antics of the Taciturn Lime!
